Dear Annie. Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your stay at Hotel Atlántico. We are very glad you find our location convenient for your stay. As you were able to see during your visit, due to the characteristics of the building in which the hotel is located, from the early 1900s, our decoration follows the decoration line of the French-style building where the hotel is located. With reference to the noise, although our windows are soundproof, sometimes is very difficult to remove completetly the exterior noise since as you said the hotel is located in a busy main road of Madrid just in the heart of Madrid. If you are a light sleeper, I suggest ask for an interior room.Again I apologize for all the inconveniences during your stay and I am very happy to know that overall you have enjoyed your stay with us.
