Hotellet ligger centralt och har nära till många sevärdheter. Bra service och rummen är rena och rymliga. Kan verkligen rekommenderas.

Fint hotell med centralt läge
Hotellet ligger centralt med närhet till tunnelbanestation. Trevlig personal och rum i gott skick. Restaurang finns i samma byggnad.

Hotell beläget nära många sevärdheter. Rummet var ok, dock lite slitet. Kuddarna var dåliga. Personal och service var kanon.

Bra men opersonligt hotell
Ett bra om än opersonligt hotell (saknade t ex en riktig lobby). Rena och fräscha rum och bra läge i centrala Madrid. Det så kallade gymmet borde de dock helt ta bort (alternativt totaltrenovera), något ofräschare får man leta efter.

Perfect location with walking distance to many areas in the city centre, nice surroundings. Rooms with terrace and Jacuzzi are really nice, a bit small rooms but ok.

Kryssade alla rutorna.
Hade en fantastisk visitelse 8-13.09.16 - inget som helt att klaga på (kanske den knepiga iställningen för duschen och den fastlimmade vasen framför TV) - fantastiskt service både av hotell och cafe. God mat! Man kan inte bo bättre när det gäller läge i Madrid. Gång avstånd till allt. Sängarna är himmelskt sköna. Återvänder gärna igen och snart!

Excellent hotel for city slickers.
Excellent hotel in the heart of Madrid. Pretty decent Wi-Fi for being Spain. The hotel is close to everything. The breakfast was ok, nothing special, but ok. Front desk had very helpful staff. The bed was a bit hard, which is good for me. But maybe not for someone else. Hotel is 4-5 minute walk from Gran Via and just around the corner from the royal palace. This area is packed with good restaurants and charming little coffee shops. Will most definitely return.

Familjärt hotell, trevlig personal, bra läge.
Vi hade mycket trevliga dagar i Madrid. Vi promenerade, shoppade, var på fotboll. Vi bodde centralt med promenadavstånd till det mesta. Rummet var lagomt för 4 personer. Vi blev lite störda på nätterna av ljud utomhus.

Stayed 2 nights at Hotel Ópera in Madrid. It is in a very convenient location near the Royal Palace of Madrid and Opera House, along with many other tourist attractions. The first night they gave us a bigger room (room 903) on the top floor. It had a great city view and palace view. However, this room had a broken air conditioning system. I ended up opening the casement windows on the slanted roof/wall to get cool air at night. Also the shower door was too wide it couldn't open all the way if swing inward or bump the toilet when swing outward. Otherwise this room would've been a cute room for kids with 3 beds. The staff was nice enough and relocate us to a different room on the second night with complimentary breakfast. The relocated room had no problem. Due to the location, you can hear the street and crowd noise at night. It is one of the less expensive hotel around this area; but you get what you paid for.

Loved the location Very walkable The restaurant is awesome outside seating so enjoyable The Opera dinner show on Saturday a must !!! Don't speak the language it still was the best !!! The food full course delicious the singers amazing!!! My only complaint is the place needs some updates in rooms and hall ways !!! I would recommend and stay again

Hotel Ópera is literally across the street from the Madrid Royal Opera and Royal Palace and is ideally located close to many of Madrid’s iconic landmarks. The hotel restaurant serves scrumptious local cuisine and has beverages for every taste. However, the BEST THING about staying at Hotel Ópera is its AMAZING weekly opera/Zarzuela dinner show with world class opera singers and musicians. You will enjoy this show even if you are not an opera buff or if you don’t speak Spanish. You will not be disappointed by this diamond of a show in this gem of a hotel in Madrid’s historic “centro” or downtown.

Great stay other than the spiders in the room. There were bugs in my room. I was very disappointed in that. I also thought I was getting a jacuzzi and a tub, not a jacuzzi-tub. The price was too much for what you get.
