Estimado Baltasar,Antes que nada, gracias por tomarse el tiempo de escribir sus impresiones que , sin duda, nos ayudan a mejorar en nuestro dia a dia.Lamento mucho que el hotel no haya cumplido sus expectativas.El jabon esta homologado para toda la cadena y ha sido testado contra todo tipo de alergias.Los bides se estan retirando de todos los baños dado su poco uso.En el bar hay unos carteles junto a unos dispositivos donde, al apretar un boton, se llama al camarero (pulsa y voy) disponibles en muchos hoteles ya que no tiene sentido tener a un camarero detras de la barra todo el día. Siento mucho las incomodidades que ha sufrido durante su estancia.Espero nos dé una segunda oportunidad en la que nos haremos cargo de que todo esté lo mejor posible, si bien hay cosas que no se pueden modificar.Gracias por su comprensión,Atentamente

Dear David,First of all thank you very much for taking the time of writing your impressions that only help us to improve.It is true that the SPA was closed due to Covid and when we tried reopening it, the pool had leakage. It has only been this year that refurbishment has been approved and we are now doing the works. The SPA being attached to the fitness room, I am afraid, although we clean it 3 times a day, that dust gets through. We have 2 running machines, 1 elliptical trainer, 2 stationary bikes, 1 hammer strength machine, 1 sit up bench & 1 flat bench as well as gym weights.If you were lodged in a standard room, these do not have cafeteria tray, only superior rooms do.I am really sorry you felt the hotel was poorly managed. If you decide to give us a second chance, please get in touch with me directly and I will try to compensate the image you have taken.Thanking you for your comprehension,Best regards
