Good hotel for business
Good hotel, new and clean. Nothing out of the ordinary but nothing bad either. Location could be left more to wish for but it’s only 10min taxi to the main tourist attractions.

Det enda positiva med detta Hotel är mycket trevlig personal. Faciliteter var så där " ett 4- stjärnigt hotell utan vattenkokare/espressoapparat i rummet oavsett rumkategori låter konstigt".

Late arrival, men effektivt och supertrevligt mottagande mitt i natten, inklusive lite godis på rummet! Vänlig och förekommande personal. Fick late check-out på hemresedagen på ett sätt man bara mår bra på!

Lugnt hotell mitt i stan.
Hotellet var väldigt bra, personalen pratade engelska och hade alltid tid att hjälpa till. Bra mat på room service, relativt nära till de större shopping-gatorna. Det enda som var något negativt var att duschen var lite svag, men det var inget att klaga på.

Hotellet som har allt! Bra läge och service!
Jag är jättenöjd med hotellet och dess service. Det är mitt andra besök i Madrid och valde detta hotell igen. Väl värt sina 4 stjärnor. Det var nära till metro och buss och vi hade gångavstånd till shopping och andra sevärdheter. I helhet är jag mycket nöjd.

Bra med gratis garageplats när man kommer med bil. Mycket enkelt att ta bussen till stadens centrala delar.

Flott beliggenhet - bra betjening
Bra hotel med bra beliggenhet. Ikke for langt til noe som f.eks. Gran Via, Plaza Mayor og særlig flyplassen. Svært hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen, i sær Rubèn. Grei parkering i underetasjen. Det eneste negativet er frokosten. Den var for dyr og ikke spesielt imponerende. Utover det, et meget bra og hyggelig hotel.
