Retama - 2 bedrooms and shared pool in Almagro

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Retama 's design combines rustic wooden elements with modern Madrilenian architecture, influenced by the serenity of grassland. Located in the trendy Almagro neighborhood, there’s much to enjoy in and out of the home. Almagro hosts several hip, local shops and some of Madrid’s finest tapas bars. Madrid has many great sights on offer, make sure you have a home to come back to that's even better.

Not only does Retama feature 2 bedrooms, there are also 3 bathrooms. All rooms in this apartment have been uniquely decorated. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and plenty of storage space, with one even having its own dedicated workstation. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs for full relaxation. There is a third separate half bathroom in the apartment as well.

The large living room has a full entertainment system and a grand, rustic dining table. The whole space has light streaming through the wide windows. There is a second dedicated workstation for two people, perfect for working remotely. The kitchen has been stylishly decorated and boasts ample space to prepare food in as well as a counter to enjoy a quick meal.

Retama’s building comes with a couple of perks as well. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*This apartment comes equipped with ducted air system for absolute comfort.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To finalize your reservation, a mandatory KYC process is required. Guests must provide ID verification, proof of residence, proof of solvency, and proof of the reason for their stay. The guest’s signature and accreditation will also be required as part of the process.

By booking, you acknowledge and consent to these requirements. We cannot accept any booking without these documents, and standard cancellation penalties will apply if the KYC process is not completed.

This property requires a refundable security deposit of €3,000, requested separately at booking and refunded after check-out, subject to the apartment’s condition.
