bra laget men för mycket ljud pga byggnads renover
Hotellets laget var super bra men finns en byggnad bredvid som håller på att bli ombyggnad så man hör ljud av renovering redan kl 5:00. Jag tyckte att det var hemsk att sova ... det gick inte bra för man hör ljud från bilar och SEn konstruktion arbetet så tidigt på morgonen ..

Prisvärt lägenhetshotell!
Jättefint rum, rent och rymligt. Servicen lite ojämn, väldigt bra mottagande men inte trevligt när vi skulle checka ut. Ligger väldigt bra till, smidigt med parkeringen i samma hus. Det bästa va utsikten från takterrassen över staden.

Vad väntar du på?
Extremt bra läge och lägenhet. Enda minuset är att bäddsoffan inte var så bekväm för större barn. Takbarens utsikt och tillgången till poolen och gymmet kompenserar dock.

Perfect "First time in Madrid hotel"
The location, in the middle of Gran Via gives you great access to all different parts of Madrid, but this is also a problem, since you can hear almost everything that is going on outside on the street from inside the apartment (police cars, noisy/drunk people etc). Other than that we had a great room and the rooftop terrace with it's small pool was amazing! Great value for money!

Bra boende med nära till allt.
Fint med takterass som dock ibland var väldigt upptagen och där poolen var ouppvärmd. Modern, luftig och fräsch lägenhet där vi utan problem bodde fyra personer. Personalen i receptionen var hjälpsam.

Allt finns
Fantastisk lägenhet med 2 sovrum för oss 4 tjejer, stor och bekväm och med all köksutrustning man kan tänkas behöva för stt laga mat hemma. Takterassen var underbar att hänga på! Litet minus för att det var skitigt på golvet dom slarvade med moppningen.

Amazing!
Perfect place to stay in Madrid. The rooms were stylish and fresh and looks just like the photos. The rooftop pool was small but amazing. Many restaurants in surrounding areas and shopping all along the street of the hotel. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Perfekt läge!
Perfekt centralt läge på hotellet och vi valde ett rum med terass som hade underbar utsikt. Fint och fräscht med en fungerande kökshörna. Det var rent och fräscht även om städarna använt lite väl mycket parfymerade städmedel för att övertyga om att jobbet var gjort. Tur att det gick att öppna till terassen och vädra ut! Terassen skulle dock behöva en markis då det blev otroligt hett på dagen. Bilservicen till flygplatsen funkade mycket bra att köpa till, mycket smidigt!

Hotel with a great potential
We stayed 4 people for 7 nights. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything. Moderny furnished and perfect with a pool on the roof. There was work going on at the rooftop with building a bar by the pool and that will make the rooftop even more great. It's a small pool but it works fine! The staff were really helpful. My remark is on the cleaning of the room. When we arrived there were boarding cards on the floor from the previous guests which gives an indication that it's not properly cleaned. We had one cleaning during our 7 night stay and we felt that the room was not properly cleaned, the mat in the living room was still in the same shape and the corners were not properly cleaned, still some stains on the bathroom sink. The trash were supposed to be picked up everyday between 7 and 10 PM but they forgot about our trash for 2 days so it piled up and we had to find bags ourselved, after letting the staff know they came and picked it up the the day after. Overall it's a hotel with a great potential, I would definately stay here again if I visit Madrid. However improvement in the cleaning would make it even better.

Fantastiskt läge, rymlig lägenhet, -inga solstolar
Trevligt lägenhetshotell med mycket bra läge. Vi bodde på våning 10 så vi hade en fantastisk utsikt. Dock saknade vi solstolar vid poolen så som bilderna visar. De fanns överhuvudtaget inte. Vi var två väninnor som reste med tonårsdöttrar. Döttrarna tyckte att poolen var en hit. Dock blev det lite för mycket fylla och stök vid poolen på kvällen, vilket de tyckte var obehagligt.

Decent hotel. Great location - right off of the popular and touristy Gran Via street. The apartment had large floor to ceiling windows which were extremely good at soundproofing. However, due to the location in a very busy area of town, some sound still managed to come inside. This is a price you pay for the great location. Overall, a decent hotel at a great location.

Fantastic hotel that is in the heart of gran via - everything you need is a walk away. The hotel itself is very clean, modern and has great amenities. My only complaint is the extremely slow elevator it felt as though it was going to stop working at any moment yikes!

Great central base
We travelled as four friends who wanted a base in central madrid, and couldn’t have picked a better place. The location was excellent, right outside a metro stop, and very central. The apartment was great - well équipes and a pretty high end finish. The double bedroom sofa bed worked well for us. The roof top pool although small had incredible views and the roof top lounge area was a great place to chill out.

Overall a great experience. Spent 12 days at the property. Had a problem at check in with the room that I had reserved not being available, but this was resolved the following day. Staff was pleasant and professional. Room was modern and very clean, bed comfortable. Sofa in bad shape and needs to be updated immediately, but the rest of the apartment was excellent. Construction in the hallway during the last day of my stay was somewhat bothersome but completed in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
