Spacious quiet 3 bedrooms apartment super center

This beautiful family apartment is in the heart of Madrid, located steps to Gran Via chueca, Callao and Barrio Malsana - with 3 double bedrooms, 2 showers and 2 bathrooms, one of them with En-suite large shower, living room and lots of lights coming in,

The apartment is fully renovated since March 2024 - and furnitured with high quality and top brands, for those who knows how to live in style.

It is in the 3rd floor (with elevator) and very quiet -

We know that Madrid could be super noisy in many areas so we took care to choose our house in a quiet street with double glasses all over the house, to make your sleep well. We also have A/C all over the house (separte units in each room to maximise individual tempreture in every room).

The space
You will feel like in your home with ensuite shower, 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, 3 bedrooms and more. We also have a kitchen with separate dining area.

All rooms has windows and the place has also a balcony from one of the bedrooms to the street.

The space is about 120SM super high standard - We have Luxury bed linen and plush towels fashioned from the finest fibres in the world.

We know that Madrid could be super noisy in many areas, so we took care and put double glasses all over the house.

We booked this place for a group of friends to explore Madrid and use as a home base for a music festival. The apartment was spacious, moreso than the pictures made it look and was the perfect place for us to relax as a group at the end of the night. Multiple grocery stores and restaurants were within walking distance. It was conveniently located next to many metro stops which made exploring the city easier than expected. The host was very communicative and prompt in answering our questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic experience in the heart of Madrid, Eyal and his staff were extremely helpful, from food recommendations, to must see destinations, not to mention an immaculate living space. They checked in on us every couple days, offering any assistance, fresh towels, etc. very quiet space, especially for being right in the middleOf this awesome, lively city. Highly recommended! Nice space located in a bustling area of Madrid. Overall extremely quiet for the location. Check in was easy, and the apartment was clean. Owners even left us some snacks and a bottle of cava! Nice place to stay.

If you don’t want the touristy area but want to be near the heart of the historical area, this location is perfect. We walked everywhere (expect one during heavy rain). Our host was very accommodating with all my pesky requests. The house guide they send you is the most detailed I’ve ever had.

Loved our stay! Host was reachable and timely! So many little extras that were so appreciated. The nightstand lights which were controlled by touch and charged cell phones were loved by all! Perfect location in Madrid!!!

Location was wonderfully close to all the major sites in Madrid! Apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable. Bed itself was very comfortable. Superior communication with property manager. Grocery store very close by. Snacks and wine left for us to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

We enjoyed our stay in Madrid. The kids loved the little elevator and the location was very central to lots of activities. Our host was easy to communicate with; especially before the trip as I had technical issues checking in. We were glad to have A/C in all rooms since we visited during a heat wave as well.
