Dear Mrs. De Alba,We are sorry to hear that your experience with us was not satisfactory, but as we explained to you in person at check-in, the room that you booked was the same category as the one you had at the check -in.None of our suites are the same, as it is the case in most establishments, but all of them have much more square meters of space and many more services than the standard rooms category.It is obvious that only one photo is shown when you make a reservation, not all the photos of all the rooms are shown, and they may vary slightly from one room to another.Even so, we managed to change you to the suite that you preferred, as soon as it was available, even though it was of the same category.We hope this information will help other customers to better understand your comment.Thank you very much, Best RegardsThe Hotel Management
