“Me and my wife spent three nights of our Sri Lanka honeymoon at Anasa and it was the highlight of our trip. I can very highly recommend a stay. The chalets/rooms and the resort itself is beautiful and has great facilities and surroundings. The 10 stand-alone chalets are elegant and well-positioned for seclusion. “Transport to the location from the train station was an issue, this could be due to the number of tourist that were also on the train trying to get a taxi or tuk tuk. It took just under an hour walk to Nine Arches Bridge. It was a pleasant walk alongside the road. The property is a new build and has a lovely view of Ella Rock. ”

“A bit long way to the centrum of Ella, and a bit up in the mountain. But I took a run to the Demodara Bridge. Very nice. Breakfast is great, tea is better than coffee though. I would come back!”

“A unique experience. Staying in a treehouse was very high on the novelty scale. Expect a slight slope in the floor, and don't forget to close the windows before you go to bed as the monkeys are sneaky and will steal any fruit that you leave on the dining table. A fun night. If you are averse to a staircase, this might not suit, you though.”
