âThe property is beautiful. Lana architecture. Beautiful grounds gardens pool is amazing. Rooms are getting older, but they are not sad. Very clean. The staff makes everything worthwhile. About 20 minutes from the old city. It is easy to grab a taxi. All the guests seem very happy and very relaxed. I will return.â
âThis was such a nice stay! The AC was powerful and the instructions for the doors were clear. The staff were friendly and Varada helped me greatly with booking tours. Facilities were very clean and I didnât hear other people while in my private room.
The location wasnât the best, it was pretty far of a walk from markets and temples, but bolt solved that.

âA very nice and fresh hotel. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms look modern and clean, and I really like the pillows (I'm quit picky when it comes to pillows), they were not too soft, as they sometimes are in hotels. There's not really any decorations or design elements in the rooms and that might bother some, but I don't mind. As long as I can sleep well :)â
âI had a fantastic stay at Sheik Istana Hotel and canât say enough good things! The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport, and the amenities were amazing. Rooms were clean, air conditioning was excellent and beds were very comfortable. But more than anything, the customer service and amazing kindness of the staff was unparalleled. âNoisy. We had to turn the ac off during the night as it was very loud which made the room quite hot. The shower hose was leaking and the pressure was already quite weak. No sound proofing so we could hear everything from the neighbours. We also had the room next to the pool which makes quite a racket from the water filtering. So not quite as serene as you might hope but other than that everything was good and the staff were great and helpful.â
