"Overall, the hotel was good. The room was more spacious than other places I’ve stayed, and it appeared recently refurbished. My stay itself was pleasant. However, after checking out, I needed a place to sit and work before heading to the airport, and that’s where things fell short. Since the hotel has no real lobby and no accessible outlets, I asked the staff if it was alright for me to sit on the floor for a short while. They initially said it was fine — but a little later, they came back and told me I couldn’t sit there after all, without offering any alternatives. I understand if there are rules about the space, but clearer guidance or a suggestion would have helped. With nowhere left to go, I ended up heading to the airport much earlier than planned. In short, the stay was comfortable, but once you check out, the hotel doesn’t offer any support or space to accommodate you. This felt surprising compared to the hospitality I’ve experienced elsewhere in Japan. The hotel itself is not bad, just be aware that after checkout, no additional assistance is provided."

"Deras onsen är väldigt behagligt - badade både morgon och kväll. Det är tyst och jag sov gott. Det är en något omständlig process att checka in via deras automater. Frukosten är riklig men jag saknade färsk frukt (det fanns endast vattenmelon). Det var trist att de stängt takpoolen då den andra poolen på 2 våningen dels var stängd mitt på dagen när det var varmast och sedan på eftermiddagen ligger både pool och solstolar i skuggan. Hotellet bjuder på glass och öl mellan 13 och 15 varje dag. "
