“This is the third time of our family vacation.we always get several rooms for our family trip.
As a premium member staff extended our check out time to 12 pm. But they did not transfer it to thr morning staffs . Ending up rushing ourselves.
We love roof top swimming pool.there but one guy was not attentive. Did not check out guests' swimming cap. ( Regulation is requiring swimming cap or ball cap) Not give away towels....
But most of service was good. ”

“Business stay 2 nights. Stayed 2 times before and visited Seoul 8-10 times before that. This is my favourite hotel. Excellent hotel with VERY uniquely designed and spacious rooms with very good beds - really high end! Only 2 things short from recieving highest score: all the rooms are smoking rooms (although with decidated extra smoking room inside the hotel room) and the breakfast is so minimalistic that it is really non-existent. "I went to Korea for plastic surgery and booked 17 days at this hotel. Since I went for plastic surgery I spent most of my days in my room.
Here are the pros and cons based on my own experience:
Pros:
+ Nice interior, urban like
+ The staff is very nice and helpful
+ The bed is comfortable
+ The bathroom is nice
+ Close to a lot of restaurants, cafes, stores
+ Centrally located in Gangnam
+ View over the city
+ Several options for room service
+ Free water bottles
+ Provide slippers
Cons:
- The walls are made of concrete which makes the room cold sometimes
- The bed is unnecessary big in comparison to the size of the room. If the bed was smaller then it will be more space for a wardrobe and the zink can be placed in the bathroom, instead of outside the bathroom.
- The mini fridge was so tiny that it couldn’t hold most tiny things like a tiny yoghurt
- There is only one light switch which is placed above the bed. Since the bed is huge then you have to climb on the bed everytime you want to switched the lights
- No dim the lights
- The door is heavy so if you or your neighbor don’t close it gently then it will make a huge noise when closing. Woke me up a few times when my neighbors coming back late during night. "
