Dear John We are terribly sorry that this happened to you.Unfortunately internet is very slow and sometimes the update online are not going through. As explained, we did not managed to "close" the room in Expedia, after having received a previous booking. So we received your booking even if we were fully booked on your last night.. Also true that we have noticed the mistake only on your arrival. We apologized and we fully refund the third night cash.We gave you some suggestions on where to go and we let you chose what was best for you. We truely understand your disappointment ... we are just a bit sad that you decided to punish us so badly in one of our first review in Expedia which will effect our visibility. Thankl you so much for your nice review. We appreciate warning that our beach is not the best of Indian Ocean. We, indeed, agree that the beach is not ideal for those who want to just lay on a beach bed and swimm, However I would not really describe it as "not usable" as on middle tide the swimming is great, on high tide you can kayaking and on low tide is a kilomenters long walk
