âStayed here for 15 days. 5* in secluded and quite place. Service is AAA+. Glad this high end hotel is built in this place which also gives jobs to locals. Great place to bond with family. Kind and respectful crew. They run this place with grace, so proud â€ïžâ
âThe place is clean and family friendly. I like the fact that they have a restaurant on site. It was convenient since we didnât have to go out to have dinner and the price is reasonable. The staff is very friendly and responsive to our needs. They allowed us to leave our luggages when we checked out and picked them out late in the afternoon. The place is conveniently located and a bit hidden from the chaos of the city. â

Wifi was very bad at the third floor so don't expect that much there.

âIsla Hayahay is an amazing hotel is a secret spot in Bohol. It is away from everything but the resort has everything you need. The food is great with so much choice that you look forward to trying from the range of dishes. The bar is well stocked and open 24hours a day. We spent three nights at the resort at the end of our two week philappines trip and it was well worth it. Three days of relaxing by the pool and unwinding. They do have diving and day trips offered on site. But actually relaxing...

"VÊrre service har vi aldrig vÊret med om, bÄde i receptionen og i restauranten.
Vi kom fra Malapascua, hvor vi fik den bedste service man kan tÊnke sig ogsÄ afslutter ferien sÄdan:-(
Resorten i sig selv er god nok, selvom det var meget dÄrligt med shampoo og vi havde en vandkoger, men ingen kopper eller kaffe/te. Det mÄtte vi kÞbe selv.
De har jo den fineste strand i hele Panglao hvis I spÞrg os, vi var ikke speciel begejstret for Alona, for meget liv og store gravemaskiner stod midt pÄ stranden, den lille strand som findes. Men helt perfekt og ta en tricykel for 200P hver vej, tager bare ca 7 min og de stÄr udenfor resorten, super enkelt hvis man Þnsker bedre mad.
Men servicen bÞr de virkelig gÞre noget ved, for det var en skandale. De var fuldstÊndig ligeglad med gÊsterne. Vi spiste aftensmaden da vi kom, det var min fÞdselsdag, men pga elendig mad og service valgte vi og spise desserten i nabo hotellet, Villa Umi. Meget bedre. Og derefter spiste vi i Alona pÄ bedre restauranter.
