“Very clean and staff was great. ”

“This stay was awesome. Start to finish the communication between the owner and Max helped us through all our needs. I was going to the marathon and they gladly accommodated my guests. If I had needs Max was on top of it. I only wish I had more time to hang out with Max around the fire pit. Would recommend the safe and hospitality to everyone and will wish to come back soon.”

“The kitchen was stocked and they provided breakfast every morning, which was nice. The space was clean and it was nice to have separate bedrooms (4 people, 3 rooms). The location is walking distance from the bus-stop and was a great hub for staying in the area. Would recommend. ”

“Smaller, but sufficient rooms, clean, comfy beds, bathroom maintenance little neglected. Very nice staff, fantastic breakfast and meals in the small, on-premise restaurant.”

“Very nice hostel with helpfull staff and amazing view over the water. Many backpackers to talk with about their travels. Higly recomended in Punta Arenas!”

“place was a bit of a dump. the woman is nice but the room is not. ”

“Bra läge mitt i stan. Frukosten öppnade inte förrän 07, vilket är för sent om man ska åka på ex pingvintur eller tur till Torres del Paine. I allmänhet ganska slitet och mörkt rum. Finns andra mer prisvärda hotell i stan”

“Excellent stay. Clean and efficient ”

“Nice place for quick stays in Punta Arenas. Incredible host, close proximity to the airport, and nice amenities.”

Only caveat is at the moment (26 September 26) the hotel is adding a large extension to the building so there was a lot of building work noise till 6.30pm and it started again at 9am. Because of the noise it was difficult to relax.”

“Nice and modern hotel with friendly staff in the center of the city”

“Big room with breakfast in the fridge and snacks, coffee and tea replenished daily. Very clean room, friendly front desk and easily walkable to downtown for shopping and restaurants.”

“Had limited parking which required coordination but worked out. Didn't realize staff needed to meet you on arrival as the reception is not staffed all the time. It was fine but made for a bit chaotic check-in when it was not planned. The room was nice but we were in the front of the hotel and it was a bit loud from other guests coming and going at night. ”

“The hotel is in a very old, charming, building with an interior that almost brings to mind colonial times. That said, it is showing some wear and tear and the old heating system was definitely keeping things toasty despite the cold weather. Staff was excellent and very friendly and most, but not all, could communicate in English. The breakfast is very mediocre with just toast, single-serving yoghurt, cereal, juice and coffee. There was also something that looked like scrambled eggs and it...

“Debiera cambiarse la tina de baño por plato de ducha, para ofrecer al adulto mayor. Gracias”
