You’ll have access to the entire main and lower level of the cottage along with access to the nearby Maggie Valley Club and Resort clubhouse amenities including the community pool, fitness center and tennis courts.

Additionally, guests may enjoy golf opportunities, dining at the club restaurant, visit the spa, or take Pilates classes. (Guests must pay for their dining, spa, pilates, or golf experiences).

**Please note the cottage has a ladder to an upstairs loft/attic area. It has been blocked off for guest safety. Please do not attempt to access this area. Thank you

-This community HOA doesn’t allow motorcycles or trailers

-There are only 2 parking spaces at the cottage. Any additional vehicles must park at the country club. No street parking is allowed.

-An amenity card is provided which gives access to the country club amenities at the Maggie Valley Club and Resort, such as the community heated pool and tennis courts. Guests may schedule golfing and dine at the country club restaurant, Pin High.

-This property is located in Maggie Valley, NC
-Duraflame logs only are permitted for use in both the indoor and outdoor fireplaces. No accelerants of any kind, such as lighter fluid, are permitted, and no regular firewood.

-Lost amenity cards will be replaced for a $200 fee

-The community HOA does not allow motorcycles or trailers

-We love pets, but they are not permitted at Birdsong Cottage.
