Sperrinview House is a captivating and cosy two-storey holiday home with a country-cottage feel. The property is fully equipped and is pet friendly (max 2 allowed). Having 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms/toilet areas, Sperrinview House comfortably caters for 8 guests plus 2 infants.

Located on the outskirts of Magherafelt (a vibrant market town in the centre of Mid-Ulster, Northern Ireland) this lovely property is three minutes by car or under fifteen minutes on foot from the town centre. Sperrinview House offers the best of both worlds (a tranquil and relaxing environment with the added convenience of nearby amenities including garages, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars).

House Rules:
- Check-in from 3PM & Check-out on or before 11AM. (Flexible on request where possible).
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- Pets are welcome at the property, with a maximum of two allowed.
- Parties and events are not allowed at the property.
- We welcome bookings for up to 8 guests. Additionally, we can comfortably accommodate a further 2 children including toddlers and infants. (2 travel cots available).
