“The staff were all very friendly, and the room and property were clean. It is an older, cheaper place so I was definitely expecting it to be a little rough around the edges, but save for the clear renovations occurring (and some clutter in the attached restaurant), it was pretty nice. The complimentary breakfast was also surprisingly delicious.”

“The room was excellent and washroom was clean when we got there. We had some issues with coffee cups not replenished and no one picked our phone when we tried calling room service. We stayed for 5 days. The washroom floors were also not well cleaned.”

C’est davantage un concept de type Airbnb qu’un hôtel traditionnel, mais nous n’avions pas été informés qu’un code était nécessaire pour entrer. Nous n’avions également reçu aucune information concernant l’heure d’arrivée ou la procédure d’accès. Comme nous n’avions pas de service à notre arrivée, cela a rendu la situation encore...
