Our stay here was nice. The location was convenient and the unit is contemporary. The bunk room is very tight so sleeping other than the main bedroom is less satisfactory. The cleaning staff could have done a more thorough job around the unit.

The property was easy to access and perfect for getting to local ski hills. Proximity to the Greenline and climbing gym was good. It was clean, comfortable, and had a well stocked kitchen. Having washer and dryer access in suite was great. The second bedroom was very small, but okay for kids.

Everything was perfect, clean, close enough to Magog and to top it off a free electric car connection. We loved our stay!

We booked this ground-floor apartment for three nights but checked out after the first night due to serious security and cleanliness concerns. The AC unit was installed in a partially open window. The remaining opening was covered by a makeshift wooden frame and acrylic panel held with adhesive tape. The insert could easily be pushed inward by hand, meaning the ground-floor window could not be properly secured. There were also serious cleanliness problems. The kitchen cabinets, oven, washing machine and dryer had heavy accumulated grime and greasy residue, making us uncomfortable using the kitchen, tableware or laundry appliances. We documented these conditions with photos. The host offered to remove the AC and close the window only the following day. We did not consider waiting with an unsecured ground-floor window acceptable, so we checked out and found alternative accommodation. Instead of refunding the two unused nights, the host offered about C$110 only if we agreed not to leave a review. We did not accept this condition. After the platform became involved, the host later stated that payment would be made only after the review window had closed. In practical terms, the payment was still being withheld until we could no longer post a review. The condition of the property was disappointing, but the way our concerns were handled made the experience worse. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property.
