“First of all from the checking in the problems begun to start. I booked at the price of 1150 and they told that they won't give me the room for that money and I have to pay 1600.i tried to contact hotels.com and couldn't find any numbers to contact. So I paid the amount. The room was In pathetic condition. Air conditioning was not working properly and the food which I ordered through get an hour to get delivered. Washroom was dirty and the water was not draining from the bathroom. Never ever...

“I stay here every time I'm in town once a year. It's a cute, modern place at a very reasonable price. The staff is helpful, rooms are clean, and food is pretty good. It offers a really cool view down on the city with an excellent location for a city stay.”

“We stayed here one night because we flew to Kochi Airport and the day after was gonna take a bus from Aluva to Munnar. This hotel is so good, blew our minds. A perfect little air conditioned oasis in the middle of the hot chaos. We liked it so much that we ended up spending a night there on our way back north again. Beds are god, shower good, staff is amazing and breakfast is ok. ”

“Blue Bell is the perfect airport hotel! Close to the airport, super clean and comfortable rooms, great WiFi and very helpful and friendly staff! It’s located on a quiet street so we got a great nights sleep! They also have a pick up service for 250 INR which is half of the price compared to the prepaid taxi at the airport.”
