“Great breakfast, friendly staff”

“Bra standard på rum, rent och fräscht. Inget service-tänk alls från receptionen, allt var svårt och jobbigt. Restaurangen serverade god mat men tog onödigt lång tid på sig. Bra ställe för en natt.”

“The property gave a fantastic upgrade and over ”

“Thank you for a wonderful stay arrangements”

“It was good overall”

“Rude staff in the morning. No troubleshooting”

“Sinclares Resort is such a gem! The entire property is meticulously maintained and nicely decorated with beautiful landscaping. The premium room is spacious and bedding is clean and comfortable. They provide you with a heater during winter time so the room is plenty warm. The best part is the hot shower which is so much better compared to other equally expensive hotels we stayed across India. You can take a really comfortable shower without worrying about the hot water running out in the middle...

“Mountain mist is a beautiful homestay experience with comfort conveniences and the authenticity of small village Himalayan life. The family team have recently expanded into hosting more foreign tourists. You can be one of the pioneer guests We were collected in a modern 4x4 and served variety of local cuisine in six days. Travellers willing to leave the chain hotel experience offered in Darjeeling can have a soft bed with fast internet amongst the hills of the tea estate. Bantandam is rural and...

“Everything ok except that there was no gym.”

“Building is amazing perched on the hillside and the staff were lovely.”

“it is a new property still developing, rooms are good, reception and vehicle passing by at reception point is reducing their reputation. They have swimming pool which we used and which should not be mentioned as swimming pool, by making people go to that pool they are only spoiling their better image otherwise. Their restaurant is very beautiful and staff is excellent”

“Nice room in a lovely, quiet location. The restaurant was excellent, offering cooked-to-order food. ”

“Only a very short stay, but staff helpful, room was clean and well maintained.”

“Areas first improvement are:- 1. Inadequate staffing 2. Waiters not attentive or happy 3. Insufficient signs around resort . No area maps at all 4. No taxis available ( outbound) from the resort 5. Bathroom not too clean. 6. Limited dining options 7. Buildings not cost of fresh paint. Otherwise excellent location. Just needs good management ”

“Clean rooms and spacious. Staffs are amicable. Breakfast was good. Little bit noisy if you are an early sleeper. Other than that it was a great experience.”

“Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Linen was a little worn but acceptable. Food was really good”
