Not a great experience. I booked a Club Room and when I arrived at 6.00PM I was told the room I had, had not been cleaned and that they needed another 15 minutes to prepare! They offered me a free Starbucks coffee while I waited. 35 minutes later the room was finally ready. To be fair, the receptionist offered me a free drink from the bar with my dinner. I explained I would like to order room service as I had been travelling since 6.00am. He told me that they were offering room service but when I got to my room and went to order, the app said that they were not offering room service. I went back down to the reception and he told me to just order it at the bar and he would deliver to room. It was quite a queue and I did not have my bank card on me so I just went back to my room and ordered via Just Eat. Though they made an effort to put things right, its not what I would expect of Hotel chain that has a reputation to keep up. Disappointing.
