The bed and pillow were amazing - such a good night's sleep! Breakfast the next morning was great with a lot of options. “Something happened with my reservation here with my bank and a 3rd party app. So my reservation got canceled. I called the hotel and Cory answered and was very understanding and very helpful. I thought I was roomless over 1000 miles from home but he saved the day. He blocked a family suite so when we arrived it would be avaliable for us to check in. He didn't rush us and told us take our time and recommended places to eat on the way to the hotel. Our original room got booked due to the app...
