Start the day with a coffee looking towards the Rhine and Theodor Heuss Bridge, then explore Mainz Old Town on foot. Hidden Treasure is an extensively renovated studio with a carefully designed interior for one or two guests. It combines high-quality fittings with practical self-catering on a compact footprint. Its approximately 20 m² comprise a shared living and sleeping space, an equipped kitchen and a separate bathroom. It is on the seventh floor, with a lift.

LIVING & SLEEPING
The box-spring bed has a shared sleeping surface of 140 × 200 cm. The apartment suits solo travellers, short business visits and couples who value a central location and self-catering. Space remains compact for two; for longer stays or larger luggage, please consider the room photos and floor plan carefully. A small dining table and a second folding chair make use of the available space.

KITCHEN, BATHROOM & AMENITIES
The kitchen includes a hob, dishwasher and oven with microwave function, plus a Nespresso machine and cookware. A washer-dryer, ironing facilities, safe, Wi-Fi and 43-inch smart TV are provided. Bed linen and towels are included. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a handheld bidet shower.

LOCATION & BUILDING
The Rhine promenade, Rheingoldhalle, cathedral and local dining options are within walking distance. Access to the apartment is through shared areas of an older inner-city residential building. These functional shared areas are not renovated in the same style as the apartment. A central location does not guarantee complete quiet.

GARAGE & ARRIVAL
One underground garage parking space is included free of charge, from 4 pm on arrival day until 10 am on departure day. Earlier parking or later collection of your car requires prior agreement and confirmation, as our cleaner also uses the space. Arrival by car involves collecting the garage transponder first, then using the correct entrance; a separate illustrated guide explains the steps. Please contact us beforehand to check access for tall vehicles or roof attachments.

SHARED TERRACE
The shared terrace on the seventh floor overlooks Mainz Cathedral. It is accessible only to residents of the building; you may smoke here and enjoy the view.

GOOD TO KNOW
Self check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Different times require prior confirmation. Pets and parties are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or communal indoor areas; the shared terrace on the seventh floor is available for smoking. No cot or extra bed is available. A maximum of two guests share the single 140 × 200 cm bed.

One adult may stay with one child aged 13 or over. The child counts towards the maximum occupancy of two guests in total. Children under 13 and infants cannot be accommodated.
