Pros: comfortable bed, although not could be said of the pillows, clean towels/ linen regularly
Cons: we stayed in an “ executive room” that was located down a pigeon invested alley behind the hotel. It was similar to a self catering apartment without such niceties as a kettle. The shower ran cold or extremely hot depending on how it felt, very difficult to control, and was smaller than any you would experience on the smallest of cruise ships.
Breakfast was something else! Even at 7.30am when it opened the “hot” water for a cup of tea was not anywhere near boiling. The selections of meats and cheese where something that I have never seen before, processed and with the appearance that they went in and out of the fridge,as they were left , each and every day. There was a “ bainmarie” that had no hot water or heating element for the fried egg or whatever else was in there. The butter/yoghurt/ cheese was not in any sort of chiller, nor were the juices/ milk/ water ( that was if there was any water)
Really found the whole place to be of a low priced budget hostel standard, not of that of a hotel.
So very disappointed
