It’s like a very old motel but the location is fantastic. Staff are nice.

Very rude and nonprofessional helpdesk and reception staff. Room toilet door was not functioning properly Too much noise of drilling was coming in the room all day as construction is going on on the back side of hotel The staff was not cooperative and not supportive, requested many times to change the room but they didn't even rooms were free.

Very very bad experience....never again bookoing i
when we arrived there exhausted after a long long trip, and presented our pre-paid reservation documents, the young man at the reception told us that there were no rooms and he told us to go to another hotel of their at the back street up on the mountain. Very very sad news.

Very bad service
We stayed for a few nights during Ramadan. They service was horrible, very inconsiderate. We felt very disrespected.

Nightamare experience
The hotel did not provide a quad room that was booked for the family, despite full payment done in adavance several days before check-in date (aparaently they had overbooked), and offered us 2 seperate rooms on the top floor of the building. The AC in the rooms when switched on, created a smell in the rooms. The rooms were dirty too. The booking was for 6 nights. And we had two stay in 2 dirty rooms for 2 nights, before we were given a quad room, which was not smelly atleast but still dirty. There was also no WiFi. Room service and daily-housekeeping was almost non-existent, and we had to ask them to change sheets several times, which still did not happen. Some of the staff was rude, others were kind and honest about the situation that they can do their best but they did not have eniugh staff or facilities to help us.

We are a family of five (2 adults and 3 children) stayed in this hotel for 7 nights from 23.12.2018 to 30.12.2018. This hotel is about 15 minutes walk from Haram (Kaabah) but it was in a uphill when you walk from Haram (Kaabah) to the hotel. I would not personally rate this hotel as a four star hotel with regards to their services and the amenities they provided inside the room during our stay for 7 nights. Please note there were no iron/ iron board, kettle, tea cup, spoon or any other cutlery were not provided inside the room even though we booked an executive three bedroom on-suite with six beds , but it was mentioned in the booking that this hotel would provide these facilities inside the room. The reception staff and room services staff were good, however they couldn't speak in English and they only speak Arabic (reception staff), Bengali or Urdu (room services staff). The toilet was very smelly even though the room services were able cleaned the room as and when we requested them to clean the toilet, because there was no ventilation inside the toilet. Hotel amenities (beds, chairs, table etc..) were very old and broken, however the mattress was very comfy.

When I came in to check in, the staff said that this hotel is on renovation. They dont have my reservation and I dont have any place to sleep that night. you should refund my money!!

On arrival at 1pm the manager was not tgere. We had to wait over an hour in the lounge only to learn that our 3 twin bed room was not availavle although it was booked 10 weeks before! We had no chouce other than to accept a 2 twin bed roon with my 13 year old son sharing a bed. Besides this, the location was great.

Nice hotel. Within walking distance from Haram.
We had a comfortable stay. Room was clean with all the facilities. Beds were comfortable. Best thing about the room was that it was big and spacious. Thanks.

It looks 3* hotel or Less, what you see in picture, is not same condition, but friendly room boys. Walking from HARAM takes 15-20 min. Mobile Wi-Fi can't connect.

Checked out straightaway after seeing the room
Hotel is very filthy and the rooms are smelly and dirty. Not suitable to stay at all. Avoid this hotel. Booked this hotel and changed myself to other hotel after seeing the room. Hotels.com should not promote this type of hotel in their website .

Good hotel near haram
Good size hotel room and facilities with lots of shops nearby including money exchange. About 8-10 mins walk from haram mainly due to uphill walk. Going to haram is easier as it is downhill (5mins walk) with the hotel situated on same road that leads to Abdul Aziz gate and clock tower so easy access to haram.
