Everything was fine. However one thing, they need to consider- liquid hand soap which is essential for client instead of soap bar.

Hotel was a great, very close to haram, clean, room was great, liked to the Musala, buffet a little bit expensive, I enjoyed my three nights stay

Excellent location. V close to Haram which is what we cared about the most. Plenty of shopping options downstairs. Food in buffet was okay not as expected in 5 star hotel, but that was not a priority for us.

Very close to Haraam, staff was excellent and Sara/Zara young female waiter who had the best customer service at the coffee shop in the lobby area. All good apart internet connection was really bad that sometimes no connection at all.

Fantastic environment and so close to Haram. No hotel will be closer to Haram Sharif. Shopping areas and food courts nearby. Perfect place to stay for peace of mind and for focus to be on Worship and praying Salah on time etc.

Great location for a first time pilgrimage, the hotel has a mall at the bottom that opens up to the courtyard around Khana Kaaba . Couldn’t have chosen a better location. Easy access to gate 84 right in front of the hotel exit. Easy for women to go to Khana Kaaba at different times for prayers, very safe. Buffets for breakfast and dinner were included, excellent for people new to the area. Fast food dinning available in the mall. Bin dawood departmental store right at the base of the building. Will come again if we can. Concierge only helps you with renting their cars only, not the information about other attractions.
