However, the property's safety needs improvement, particularly during the rainy season. The stairs are dangerously slippery; I unfortunately fell on the stairs while carrying my toddler, resulting in a seven-step tumble. Though some are right, but their regular rooms (which is the oldest rooms they have) is totally different to their deluxe rooms (the newer ones at the 2nd floor).
