“I stayed two nights and nobody came to clean my room, despite the fact that I hung a "please clean my room" sign outside my door from morning until late at night. I simply informed the receptionist (without even complaining) the following day during my checkout. The receptionist simply stated, "Why didn't you call last night, now the duty person has already left," without sorry or apologizing, and with an unhappy demeanor, as if it were all our fault.”

“Rummet var väldigt stort och det var rent. I ett rum högre upp ser man staden. Rummet ser väldigt nytt ut. Lite långt ifrån centrum och sevärdheterna. Nära till central stationen.”

“This hotel is very dirty, it was dusty in the room and not clean at all. There was mold in the bathroom and our boddies were just itching all the time because of how disgusting it was. Also when we just checked in the bed sheets had stains on so we called the staff and they changed it quickly. ”

“Walking distance to Jonker Street. Easy to get Grab. Limited shopping and dining options at mall besides hotel. ”

“가성비 짱인 호텔 입니다. 경치도 좋고 방도 크고 수영장도 좋고. 살짝 오래된 느낌은 있지만 다른장점들이 좋아서 신경안써지더라구요”

“The hotel is very nice. The only complaint would be that we chose an option with breakfast included. The breakfast was not at all like it was promoted - it said that we could enjoy a big breakfast buffe - in reality it was quite boring with few options. Also the price difference of chosing a room with breakfast included was MUCH higher than if we would have paid the breakfast at the hotel.”

“Very nice hotel, high level of service, the breakfast was great and well worth its price. The only thing I can complain about is the bed, was too hard for me.”
