First off, the Coeo team was always in contact with me whenever I had a question. They were extremely helpful in navigating the check in. The Coeo Parras is located really close to all the fun and vibe of Central Malaga but it is just a block off so you feel away from the noise at night. The room was clean, the amenities were helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would look to stay here again if we were in Malaga.

We were very impressed by the efficient use of space in the small kitchen area; complete with a fridge, hot plate, washing machine and drying rack and many extras. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean. Nice modern spacious bathroom. Staff are easy to communicate with as well. We would stay again and easily recommend it to others.

Beautiful apartment in central Malaga. No more than 10 minutes walk from places like the cathedral, Picasso museum, central shopping district amongst many other cultural activities. The apartment block was recently renovated, very modern and fresh feel. Kitchen set up was also great for making a bite to eat. Bathroom was gorgeous with terrazzo style tiling. Can’t rate this property highly enough and would for sure rent from Coeo again. In addition, all communication from Coeo was fantastic! Very easy to follow. Overall a brilliant experience.

Stayed in Spain for 9 days with 3 of my family members and 2 of us shared one apartment and the others took the 2nd. All in all 10/10. Location was perfect and walkable to the plaza where the shopping and Food options were endless. Markets for all your needs were on every corner. The apartment alone was beautiful and super clean. The bed was super comfortable and spacious. Plenty of plugs, light and a full body mirror. As a girl that was very important to me especially when it came to dressing for the day or our planned events, we both had space to get ready and occupy the bathroom when needed. I also loved the triple door lock system, the apartment doors were like a safe when locked, made me feel so secure for sleeping or if I was ever alone. Now the minor setbacks while there was the noise from outside. Most days it was quiet, couldn’t even hear the neighbors next door. But, there is a basketball court right behind the wall for some apartments and the other family members who had a wall closest to court heard a lot of banging and conversation. They didn’t get the best sleep those nights. We also all had some water issues. Basically the right half of the building wasn’t getting hot water and we did have a few days in the beginning of our trip where we had to shower with cold water. Thankfully the apartments were quick to send someone to fix it and when fixed, the water was so Hot and relaxing. Definitely rebooking! Highly recommend!

My experience was great! Had a good night sleep, and the staff were really freindlt and accable if i needed anything. The 'reception' is in the hostle whoch is 5min walk away. The sound of the bell of from the church were really calming. And the location was reqarding as everything was 10-20min walk away. Of i had to recomment a place for someone to stay in Malaga I would suggest this place.

This was the worst place I stayed at in Spain. The area is not great, right beside a torn down building, where they play basketball until 9 or 10 pm. It's very isolated so I was less comfortable walking at night. Bed was good, the bathroom door is see through so don't rent with a friend. I took a shower in the morning when there was hair in the shower and it's would not drain and leaked all over the floor. Was happy I was there for 1 night only

Attention au Dépôt de garantie!
Très déçu! J'ai réservé via HOTELS.COM et après avoir payé j'ai reçu un email me disant que je devais déposer 200€ de garantie pour 1 nuit! La garantie coûtait plus cher que la nuit. Je ne trouve pas cela normal ni correcte que Hotels.com n'informe pas ses clients des dépôts de garantie. Je me suis trouvé piégé : refus de l'appar'thôtel d'annuler la réservation sinon je perdais mon argent et obligé de déposer 200€ de garantie. Ce genre d confitions devraient être clairement indiquées en GROS et avant la confirmation sur le site de Hotels.com. Et quand j'ai contacté Hotels.com, ils n'ont rien pu faire. Le manager devait me rappeler car je suis un client Gold et le telé-conseillé m'a dit "il est important pour nous que nos clients Gold soient satisfaits" :-) Mais bien sur personne ne rappelle ni ne suit le dossier! Trés déçu du service client de Hotels.com. Concernant cet appart'Hotel, il est standard: il y en a des centaines à Malaga et beaucoup sans avoir besoin de déposer de garanties. Aucun service sur place.

Overall it was a nice apartment. All mod cons, supermarket close by. You get the code to the apartment 3 days before via WhatsApp or e-mail. Not to happy about the bathroom door being frosted glass. So with the bathroom light on the other person you are sharing with can see you in the bathroom. Also if somebody uses the bathroom in the night the bathroom light could wake the other person up as its frosted glass door. Apart from this the stay was comfortable.

The apartment I stayed in was gorgeous. Beautifully laid out and decorated. Very generous with modern amenities and a local supermarket a 2 min walk away meant I could get everything I needed in for breakfast and morning routine. Location is in a very good spot of access to anything you may want to see. All 10 / 15 min walk. Beach 25 min walk but very easy and worth it. Communication was brilliant. You will need to do an online registration before you go. But on day you will get a WhatsApp message that will give you a code to main door then the number of your apartment and personal code. Very easy. The downside for me however was noise. I was away for a relaxing holiday and early nights. There is very poor noise insulation within the building and was woken up lots during night / early hours and meant I checked out early and went to another hotel. This was all external so nothing apartments could do. If you plan on being out enjoying the bars then this won’t be a problem.

Superb it is indeed!
We are a family of 4 with 2 little kids and we stayed at the Coeo apartment for 5 days. Check-In/Check-Out process was seamless and fully automated. Registered our details online 2 days before arrival and got the access codes by email. On the day of the arrival, got a WhatsApp message so we could contact for any 24*7 support. The response for any queries and even suggestions for local eat outs were great. On the map, location looked a bit out of the town but it’s only a 5 min walk from the Center. Taxis are also available for as little as 6 Euros from Malaga Park area. Apartment was cozy but perfect for us. The sofa bed was also comfortable. Kitchenette was a bit small but we only made light breakfast and were eating out so didn’t matter much for us. Bathroom was quite spacious and clean. The neighbourhood is very quiet too. The bathroom had frosted glass door and no lock. With 2 Iittle girls, I had to wait until they fall asleep before I could have a shower. We had to checkout at 11am but we were leaving to the airport at 2pm so had to drag 2 big bags to the hostel which is 5 mins walk away to keep the luggage. Overall great experience and we really liked staying here.

Very nice top floor apartment, clean and modern. Very friendly staff and also helped us with guidance on where to eat in the city. Very responsive as well.

The location is perfect. Everything easy to reach from there. The apartment is super clean and decorated with style! The team is professional, helpful and friendly! Definitely recommended!!

The apartment was great. Very comfortable and super clean. Excellent location. The information board in the lobby was super helpful. I was extremely impressed by the staff at the reception desk at the central location: always available to answer any questions and help with any request. Will definitely come back!
