A beautiful Malagueta Experience
This apartment comes exactly as described. Located within walking distance of major attractions and many excellent restaurants. Local neighborhood markets,grocers etc are likewise just a short stroll away. Francisca and Olga were most helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Trips to Marbella, Puerto Banos, Torremolinos were wonderful and easy to arrange. Of course, on any given day, a stroll through the magnificent Paseo del Parque on your way into old town is an experience to enjoy in itself. Would definitely return. We are home one day and missing it already!

The place is conveniently located close to downtown, roughly 10mins walk away. Dining options are endless, from just downstairs, to 5mins walk to the seafront, and10mins walk to the heart of downtown. There is a 2 carrefours just minutes away for the essentials for a good price.

Lovely views!
Gorgeous views from balcony. Bit noisy with traffic below at times, but not really a problem for us. Apartment was all we needed, nice touches like washing up liquid, hand soap, toilet rolls, etc. to get started. No blackouts in bedrooms but we wanted to get up early and get out and about so I was happy with that! Olga was brilliant and fitted us in for a brief run down of the apartment even though our flight was much later than planned. Thank you for a great stay :)

Wonderful Host
The property looks just like it does in the photo's, in fact it seemed larger than we thought. The property owner was not available when we checked in so we met with the housekeeper, Olga. She did not speak English and we did not speak Spanish btu she was able to show us around and explain all the keys. We were there for a bit of a rest during a multiple week Spain vacation and this was a great place. A variety of restaurants, grocery stores all right around the corner. We were driving a car and Olga was great at getting us into the garage. Couldn't ask for more!

Perfect Location
From the views to the well stocked kitchen, this lovely apartment was perfectly located to the many attractions we wanted to explore. The check-in was seamless and the property manager checked in on us to make sure all our needs were met. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful apartment, great location, kind host, great AC… lots to like about this one! We walked everywhere but also had a car for a few day trips and was able to park in the building garage for 10€ per day.

Wonderful place to be
This place is amazing! This is our first trip to Europe and we were pleasantly surprised with the ease of everything. 2 years of high school Spanish over 40 years ago didn’t go far but the people were very friendly, patient and helpful. This is In walking distance of enough things to keep us busy for 6 days. The beach is across the street, water was cool but clear. The sand is HOT so bring shoes you can get wet and sandy or be prepared to run to the water and back to your towel. The apartment was beautiful, quiet and the automatic shades in the bedroom made sleeping amazing. The night view off the balcony can’t be beat in any direction. Thanks for your hospitality.

A Beautiful Beach Break

Incredible vacation
We stayed at Francesca's residence for one month. We truly enjoyed our stay; it was exactly what we were looking for. While located only a stone's throw from Malaga's main beach, going to any location within the city took no time at all, everything was within easy walking distance. The residence itself was perfect. We would highly recommend this residence to our family and friends.

Perfection
This apartment is simply perfect! Watch the sun rise over the Mediterranean as you drink coffee on the balcony. Have quick and easy access to a wonderful beach. Enjoy a lovely short walk to the city center. Plus a well-equipped kitchen in a quiet building. We will undoubtedly be back!

We were lucky enough to find this two bedroom, one bath, centrally located, spotless apartment in central Malaga. Parking is below the building at a fee. The apartment is almost on the beach! Would recommend.

More than 5 stars
If it were possible to give a property more than 5 stars, I would. The location and the view are among the best in Malaga. As others have mentioned, there is a lot of traffic noise - but the apartment is soundproofed enough to still create a peaceful environment. The furniture is all fresh and comfortable. The cleanliness is outstanding. There is a pleasant walk through the park to the historic district. But, I felt like that area was more designed for cruise ship passengers. I enjoyed the beach much more. We also loved the Flamenco Show just around the corner. It is well worth the money. The owner is quick to reply to questions. I highly recommend this location for an enjoyable stay in Malaga.

Tout était parfait pour nous ! Bel et grand appartement situé au 13 ème étage avec le balcon et superbe vue sur la mer et plage ,nous à permis de prendre nos petits déjeuner avec lever du soleil et dîner avec coucher du soleil, trop beau ! Appartement très bien équipé pour passer des vacances idéales ( meme les serviettes de plage et 2 parasols😇) ,très propre . Super situation, on peut tout visiter à pieds. Plage juste la ,la route a traverser. Petit supermarché et boulangerie à 1-2min de marche, parfait pour les provisions et pains délicieux . L'accueil et communication sans fautes 🌷 Merci pour tout ! Je recommande très fortement.

El apartamento está muy bien equipado y moderno. Con buenas vistas.a la playa de la Malagueta. Una ubicación fantastica, en el Muelle1, a 15 minutos de paseo al centro, y bien comunicado. Francisca es cordial y contesta muy rápido a cualquier consulta. Un apartamento muy recomendable.

Al apartamento no le falta ningún detalle, tiene hasta carro para ir a hacer la compra. La ubicación un 10. Al menos de 5 minutos andando del Muelle Uno, con muchos establecimientos como supermercados, restaurantes,... y a un paseito del centro. Las vistas son increíbles (hasta desde la cama); lástima que al estar tan céntrico haya demasiado ruido (eso sí, las ventanas insonorizan muy bien el apartamento, pero es una lástima tener cerrado). Como punto negativo, el baño huele a tuberías antiguas.

Die Lage direkt am Strand und ca. 10min zur Altstadt sind so selten zu finden! Ausstattung der Wohnung perfekt; da an der Hauptstrasse gelegen, vielleicht ein bisschen lauter. Das Parken ist teuer und schwierig. Wir haben diesmal am Hafen einen Monatsvertrag für knapp einhundertzwanzig Euro unterschrieben und waren damit selbst für nur eine Woche günstiger, als in anderen Parkhäusern oder direkt auf der Strasse. Auf jeden Fall war dies nicht unserer letzter Aufenthalt bei Francisca... Liebe Grüsse aus Berlin

Everything was in walking distance like old town, soho area and beach area. Apartment was very nice except the noice from big road just beside the building. Inside it did not disturb but in the balcony it was too much. Everything worked in the apartment and it was very clean.

Fabulous location, modern, very comfortable and well-equipped
Very well situated for access to the beach, port and city centre. Everything within easy walking distance (1 minute to the beach, 5 to the port and 15 to city centre and bus/rail links). Lovely views of the sea and the gibralfaro hillside, but east-facing so for our visit in January/February there was very little sun on the balcony and none in the living-room or kitchen. This may be an advantage though in high summer. We were glad of the very efficient heating in the living-room and bedrooms. We were made very welcome by the host and by Alfonso, the concierge. Two well-stocked supermarkets in the next street and plenty of bars and restaurants in nearby streets, the port and on the sea-front. Very happy to recommend this apartment and would go again.

Die Wohnung bietet alles,was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht
Sie liegt ideal am Strand,5 Minuten entfernt vom Hafen und 10 Minuten entfernt von der Altstadt.Wer nicht gut zu Fuss ist,der kann auch den Bus nehmen,die Haltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke.Ein Süpermarkr u d kleine Restaurants sind auch gut zu erreichen.Allerdings ist die Wohnung wegen des Strassenlärms sehr laut,daher muss man bei geschlossenem Fenster,was aber wegen der Klimaanlage kein Problem ist,schlafen.Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist klasse,wenn auch nicht ganz frei vom Blick....man schaut schräg auf ein anderes Hochhaus. Wir werden diese Wohnung wieder buchen...

Net zo mooi als op de foto’s. Prachtig ruim en schoon appartement aan het strand. Oude centum 10 min. lopen. In de straat eeen bank, eettentjes, bakker en supermarkt. Alfonso de huisbaas was zeer behulpzaam. Genoten met onze 2 dochters in de herfstvakantie van het mooie zonnige Malaga. Een dikke 10. Komen zeker terug.

Imaculately presented, centrally located, beautiful views
A perfect weekend getaway for a group of friends (ladies all 40+). Quiet in the apartment block, only saw one person all weekend. Road a little noisy, but nothing that didn't bother us. The beach is right across the road, and the sun sets on the other side of the building so you don't get the full afternoon sun - not such an issue in October but I am sure this is thankful in July! The owner was helpful, and their communications were great, everything worked perfectly! We may well be back!

Little hidden gem ! We loved watching the sunrise and set from the balcony, what a view! Apartment finished to a very high spec. Communication ahead of arrival, on arrival day and throughout the stay was excellent. We thought location was perfect over the road to beach, ten minutes into port or town. Lovely places along the sea front for breakfast. I hope to stay there again!
