“Hotellet är ofräscht och ligger inte alls så centralt och nära stranden som det påstås. Receptionen ger ett lovande intryck men rummen är förskräckliga. Äckligt på toaletten.”

“A very nice hotel indeed. Very good facilities, the details with fridge, microwave and safe in the room makes a big difference if you stay for more than a couple of days. Room and bed spacey and comfy. Hotel relaxing and quiet with only the odd Saturday evening party. And a wonderful view over Durban, Umgeni river and the Indian ocean, all at once if your room face South. They were installing a new WiFi and it was big problem getting a good enough signal. Very disappointing but when they get it...

“Very noisy throughout our stay. Doors banging , furniture moving around in units above , people speaking loudly made it difficult to fall asleep , running up and down the stairs. Unit was clean and spacious but the bed linen needs to be replaced..very old. Hats off to the staff member who checked our unit on departure...I left behind a few pieces of jewelry and she was honest enough to hand it over to me. Scenery excellent. ”

“Fungerande hotell precis vid strandpromenaden. Dock är frukosten inte prisvärd, motsvarande 160 Rand PP Påtalade också flera gånger under vår vistelse att wifi inte funkar, så räkna endast med det i lobbyn. Pool är 3 x 6 meter och har fyra solstolar”

“Trevligt mottagande, snabb incheckning, rent och fräscht överallt. Rummet kändes relativt nyrenoverat, var välstädat och rymligt samt hade nödvändiga bekvämligheter. Dock lite lyhört mot hotellkorridoren. Och hotellet saknade hiss vilket, trots att det bara fanns tre våningar vad det verkade, innebar att jag fick bära på min stora och tunga väska uppför en trapp för att komma till mitt rum.”

“At the point waterfront apartment I enjoyed my stay as well as their views, the cleaning team cleaned thoroughly though they came late most the time(afternoon). They have friendly staff. They had safety measure for their guest whereby after 5 no one is allowed to come in nor come out , what I did not like though was the pool it was not cleaned often it was dirty. It's a convenient place as shops are close by”

“Hade inte mycket förhoppningar - behövde hotell för konferens som förväntades engagera mig stor del av dygnet. Blev positivt överraskad! Vänlig trevlig personal. Rummet förträffligt rent. Inget problem med varmvatten - vilket jag upplevt på andra hotell i Durban. Visst problem med wifi - märktes att det blev överbelastning när hotellet blev fullt av konferens-gäster. Öppningsbara fönster stort plus! Och utsikten över park och delvis havsutsikt gjorde mig glad varje morgon. Kommer att återkomma!”
