“je suis parti en couple à Morcote et je suis satisfait de l’hôtel et plus que satisfait du personnel. La chambre était située au 2 e étage avec vue sur le lac donc la vue etait incroyable et la chambre était très propre, la dame qui s’occupe du ménage est une crème . Nous sommes arrivés au alentours des 9 h du matin donc nous avions beaucoup d’avance mais nous avons été très bien accueilli et le temp est passer très vite avec la serveuse qui a su bien nous mettre à l’aise je recommande...

“Sehr schönes Hotel mit einen super gepflegten Riesen Garten. Zimmer sehr komfortabler, Bett sehr bequem, Housekeeping war super. Frühstücks Buffet hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Nacht sehr ruhig . Wir kommen sicher wieder. Check in - Check out super schnell , waren sehr aufmerksam und haben uns noch Mineralwasser für die Rückreise gegeben”

“Lovely lake-facing room with a wonderful view. Comfortable bed. Spacious shower with lots of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the convent and funicular. The walk back up from town could be a bit challenging for older or unfit people, but we enjoyed it.”
