About the space

Ideal for two families or a group of friends traveling together, who value quality social time without giving up their privacy.

Two luxurious stone villas, situated in a protected settlement with their own private pool, gardens, BBQ, patios, and secure parking spaces in 1500 square meter property, while they are only minutes away from beautiful sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets.

The space
Nestled on a beautiful hill above the Agia Pelagia bay, in a property of 1500 m2, are situated the two luxurious bioclimatic residences.

Built of stone and other ecological materials, they distinguish for their coolness, luxurious simplicity and functionality, while they combine old antiques and modern facilities.

Luxury
Each residence offers accommodation for 2 up to 6 guests and provides heating and alarm system. They include cosy lounges with fireplace, luxurious kitchen, baths, and Bluetooth music players; additionally, the residences are equipped with desk, library, telephone and television.
The bedrooms are comfortable, cool and exude a romantic atmosphere.
The combination of stone, wood, water and natural green prevails outdoors. The lofts and the courtyard with the impressive swimming-pool offer moments of relaxation providing a panoramic view towards the sea.

The trees and the garden supplement the hospitable atmosphere. The greatness of the mountain, the sounds of forest and the serene sea make your stay a memorable experience.

If your destination is the beautiful island of Crete the two luxurious residences of Thomais Resort are available all year round. The prices are flexible. At your request you may enjoy home-cooked meal twice a day.

Fantastic property. We had both villas between 8 of us, 2 families of 4. Awesome pool and views, deep so beware for those that aren't confident swimmers. Recommend a car, walking to town not really an option due to very steep road with traffic and no pavements. Taxis available easily, 15 euros to agia for an 8 person taxi.

Lovely Place with a Bumpy Start

We booked in for a winter get away from the snowy north and the team at the house was very accommodating, letting us check in early and providing some great guidance about places to eat and visit in town. A bit of a bumpy start since the internet wasn't working and we were having issues with hot water and heating in one of the villas. The owner stayed on the phone with us and dealt with the internet issue--the whole neighborhood was down, so they brought us a wireless system, but it took a couple of tries for the repairman to get the water and heating going. That said, we'd love to come back in the spring to enjoy the pool and the beach at the bottom of the hill.

Beautiful house

This house is pretty amazing. The views and space was fantastic. It’s like a post card. There was an issue with the property owner, wanting to charge us an additional $40 for some sort of tax So just be aware that there aren’t any added/hidden costs to your overall bill She asked me to leave the $40 in a drawer and I forgot about it I definitely feel this should have been added to the bill prior and if not, they should just eat that $40 at this point because the house was not inexpensive.
