The space
Nestled on the north coast of the island of Crete, close to the picturesque village of Rodia, with stunning views of the Aegean Sea the newly built complex of Villas is an exquisite spectacle of minimalism, comfort and form built on an island of unique identity. The hillside location enjoys breathtaking, panoramic views of the sea and offers easy access to many beaches, the closest being just a 5 minutes drive.

The swimming and hydro massage are open all year. It's NOT heated. So the water for the swimming pool and hydro massage will be cold at the beginning of the season.

The property is 3km from the beach, 5km from a supermarket and 16km from the airport.

services and a washing machine. Our sofa can be turned into a full size single bed with high quality mattress. The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning. The ensuite bedroom features a contemporary bathroom with shower, a dressing room, a luxurious queen size bed with linen, towels and tasteful decoration that will make you feel pampered and invite you to serenity.
The charming beach towns of Ligaria (3 kms) and Agia Pelagia (5 kms) combine pristine blue waters, exquisite beaches, iconic landscape and a traditional yet varied food and shopping experience that will allow you to experience Cretan authenticity at its best.
