“The apartment was excellent, in a good central position of Nicosia. Marina and Tasos, with who I dealt with, were extremely helpful. I received prompt and clear communication with excellent instructions. I felt that, although the apartment was clean, it wasn’t excellent. “Absolutely the best hotel we’ve stayed in here in Cyprus. Both loved here in Cyprus for 5 years but from amazing hospitality, a friendly check in, great breakfast service, to a fantastic room. We absolutely loved it. The only minor bit of feedback I’d give, is for breakfast team members to ensure guests know what is included in a ‘free’ breakfast, and what isn’t. “The location of the hotel in the city centre is excellent, and the (password-protected) internet connection worked smoothly during the entirety of my stay. “The apartments are generally cool. However, there were 3 strange facts. The first after booking and paying for the apartment the owner contacts us and says that they are occupied and will exchange them for others there. We were scared. The second - the owner of the apartment offered us a lower price than we paid. We were scared again. Third, we didn’t find how to contact the homeway service itself to resolve questions and clarify information.”
