“The room was clean and modern. The staff was great and accommodating. I like a firm mattress but this one was hard as a rock. Maybe because it was a handicap room? The only amenities in the room was two small bars of soap, and no hair drier. There a coffee and juice machine in the lobby in the morning. ”

“I dont know if this Comfort inn is under new management or not but Ive stayed here in the past and I can tell the difference. Seem like the management that is running it now is not keen on running a hotel. It being an old hotel doesnt bother me, but the upkeep and cleanliness is lacking. Stacked old furniture in the pool area, old outdated washer and dryer, very very dirty elevator, poor housekeeping, and staff lounging around without shoes on. “This was the nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Hair on the counters, hair in the shower, linens were actually dirty (one of them looked like it had blood on it?!?). The sheets on the bed… the actual sheets on the made-bed, were full of different hairs and dirty spots. There was actually a tampon tucked into the night stand next to the bed. Seriously. “So far the worst place I’ve stayed, room was full of roaches, and bed had bed bugs. The restrooms were dirty, and the door handle was broken to the entrance so we couldn’t get out until we used pliers to twist the door handle.”
