“The hotel itself was very nice. The problem was that most of the staff were very lazy. They just didn't seem to want to work. The elevator was over due in service (1 year), lightbulbs needed to be changed and so on. For now it's a nice hotel but if this will countinue the hotel will be a fleahotel in a few years.
The breakfast is fine if the staff will see to it that it's on the table. They didn't refilled when something was out, that's annoying because breakfast is included.

“The room was clean. The staff was fantastic. My husband was having a difficult time walking. The manager's(I think) husband was so kind and helped me get him to the room. Breakfast was also good. They checked me in and then I had Uber take me to get my car about 20 minutes away. We could unload our luggage quickly. Very helpful. We also like the location because it is so close to the cruise port. Very convenient.”
