“As a frequent traveller between Minnesota and Arizona, my wife and I have struggled to find 5-star level accommodation along the way. Luckily, we stumbled upon opulent yet down home comfortable Keyah tucked outside the scenic mountain town of Pagosa. Keyah has a lot of great reviews and they deserve it as McKenzie makes a wonderful hostess and chef. The panoramic views and hikes are impeccable. This is truly a great American luxury destination spot.”

“Literally one of my favorite spots I’ve ever stayed at! Such a cute hotel in such a beautiful area of Pagosa Springs. The river running behind the hotel is such a great spot. The room was clean, the coffee was really good and the bed and bathroom were clean and both comfortable. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again. Thank y’all so much for everything, this stay was very special to me and the team made it very easy and memorable. ”

“Upon arrival I was checking in the person working proceeded to act very discussed when I brought to her attention we have service dogs 2 of them I also have all the proper paperwork she was very rude after that Then my husband went to see if the sell ice and rudely told him he would have to go to town but failed to share there was a near by convenience store so we had warm beverages I hope something is done to educate this women on how customer service works for both parties ”
