“There is no parking facility. We stayed in R.N. 15 top floor on 13th June. Rooms are dirty, smelly and filthy. Wash basin in bathroom is broken. No geyser in bathroom which is a basic need in a hill station. They charge Approx. Rs 4000/- per day which is far higher as compare to facilities available.”

“I had a really pleasant stay in nainital. The room was clean, specious, and comfortable - just what we needed after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the lake and Mall Road, which made it really easy to visit all the main places without too much travel. Overall - great value for money and a relaxing, stress-free stay.”

“Room - Average cleaning. Staff- Single staff so unable to provide help to all the guest. Amenities- worst, Geyser is available in only selected rooms. Water facilities was not working for 5 hours due to technical issue during our stay. If maintained well this stay could have been good as the property is okay but their is almost zero maintenance. Atleast the router and electricity was there which is why I gave 2 star.”
