Villa for 14 people with swimming pool, jacuzzi, volleyball court and play area just 10 minutes’ walk from the beautiful harbour of Portopetro. Perfect for families with children and groups of friends.

Back in 1980 a young man from Santanyí, with great effort and dedication, built Castell des Paradís. Nearly 40 years later, with his family’s support, the villa went through an ambitious modernisation. Each of us has put special care to create this cosy paradise where you can rest and enjoy your well-deserved holidays.

The house has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (1 hydromassage shower), 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens distributed across 3 floors. There are 3 terraces, one at the roof, another at street level, and another by the pool. Other than a standard depth pool, there is also a children's pool (4.5m x 3m; depth: 80-90cm) with a separate jacuzzi area (2m x 3m; depth: 90cm). Both are salt-water pools. This property of 250 mÂČ has access to about 3.200 mÂČ of land.

Portopetro is a little fishermen’s harbour in south-eastern Mallorca where you can find traditional restaurants and delicious seafood. It is also the departure point of tourist boats visiting the surrounding areas, such as Cala Mondragó and s’Amarador, two stunning turquoise blue sea beaches close to the villa.

The villa is just 10 minutes’ walk from the bus stop. You can get to many interesting places by bus, such as Cala d'Or (shopping area, beaches and restaurants, 10 minutes, 4 km), Mondragó Natural Park (10 minutes, 3 km), Santanyí (15 minutes, 12 km), Aqualand (water park, 75 minutes, 48 km) and Palma (80 minutes, 59 km).

Other highlights: Vall d’Or Golf (11 km), Cala Figuera (16 km), Drach Caves (28 km), Valldemossa (78 km).

How to arrive from the airport?
The most comfortable way to arrive to the house is by car or taxi. The journey lasts approximately 50 minutes.
Even though we support public transport use as much as possible, please note that the connection between the airport and Portopetro is limited. You can arrive by bus accessing the Intermodal Station (Palma Center) with an EMT bus and, from there, you can take TIB line 501 (Airport > Palma Intermodal Station > Portopetro). Family birthday get together

Wonderful holiday! Property was in perfect location for family holiday./ birthday celebration. Close to all amenities. Had a large group of fourteen people( adults and children), Property was easily large enough to accommodate us all, both inside and out. Garden/ outdoor area perfect, pool area nice, wonderful views. Our host Pedro was helpful and communication was very good. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

Pedro our host was very accommodating and communicative- Location near Portopetro was very convenient for restaurants - nearby beaches and towns -The home was very clean and with many bedrooms and bathrooms served the family needs perfectly- The large outside table was able to seat all 13 family members -for meals and gatherings-abonus

Beautiful, spacious house in a great location

Finding a reasonably priced property that will accommodate 14 people between the ages of 3-60+ is quite tricky but this property gave us all we needed and more. Handily located on the edge of Porto Petro (about 10 minutes walking gets you to some lovely seafront restaurants) and very well equipped, we had a super week. Everyone loved the two salt water pools and the outdoor eating area. We made good use of the barbecue. Having 2 large fridges meant that food could be kept in one and refreshing drinks in the other and we were also grateful to have 2 dishwashers. All of the adult bedrooms were very comfortable and all were ensuite. The owner had originally intended to install aircon for 2024 but this has been delayed, so it was pretty hot overnight. However, we were very grateful for his prompt provision of extra fans. The local area is pretty with lots to do for kids (boat trips, paddle-boarding, beaches) and Palma is only around 50 minutes away. Highly recommended.

Great accommodation

As a large family group covering three generations with ages from 3 yrs old to 70 yrs old, this accommodation was just perfect. Something for everyone. Plenty of seating outdoors for al fresco dining and loads of things to keep the kids occupied including the pool, playground area and relaxing areas. The property was well set up so everyone had their own space if they needed it. It’s only a 10/15 minute walk to Porto Petra which has a lovely selection of restaurants. We hired cars but I think you could get around quite easily by bus or taxis. A taxi to Cala D’or (which is a busier town with shops, a lovely marina and gorgeous beaches) literally cost under 7 Euros so if you want to dine out and have a few drinks it’s cheap enough to get home. I would definitely recommend this villa for a large group of family members of all ages and I will definitely think about staying here again Simply lovely

A castle fit for large family holiday of all ages

The house is well located - 15 min walk to nearby town Portopetro. We spent a lot of time at the house enjoying the pools, the terrace and the BBQ. We have young children from age 2 to 13, the various play equipment and the two pool sizes make it easy for the parents. Worth mentioning the house has a view of a main road which can be a bit noisy. The weather was very hot during the week we were staying, fans were supplied but it was difficult to cool down a couple of rooms with small windows. Communication with the owner was speedy and very helpful before our arrival and during our stay. They rectified a couple of small issies straight away during our visit. We had a great time hanging out and spending time as a family in Majorca and got to explore some beautiful beaches nearby. Thanks for sharing your home.

Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt fĂŒr eine grĂ¶ĂŸere Gruppe von Freunden oder Familie geeignet. Durch die drei Etagen mit verschiedenen SchlafrĂ€umen und jeweils DuschbĂ€dern hat jede*r RĂŒckzugsmöglichkeiten. Aber auch gemeinsame Mahlzeiten, Grill- oder Spielabende sind durch die großezĂŒgigen Tische/ Sitzgelegenheiten möglich. Das Highlight ist natĂŒrlich der Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

This property was exactly as listed and as the photos showed. Spread over 3 floors with plenty of space it provides everything a large group will need. Close proximity to Portpetro. The property was clean, inside and out and the facilities on site were all you could ask for. If I was being picky, air conditioning would have made this property perfect. lovely villa with great pools

The villa was excellent with 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Well laid out with twin bedded rooms close to a double room very suitable for families with small children. The pools and outside space were great it meant that you did not have to take the children out all the time for them to have fun, gave adults a rest as well. The villa is a10 minute walk from the centre of Porto petro where there are 8-9 excellent restuarents. it is also only about 15 minutes walk from several lovely beaches that were quiet when we were there. we used the bus several times to get further afield. the bus stop is only 5 minutes from the villa.

Wir wollten mit der Familie 2 unbeschwerte Wochen verbringen. Leider kam es dazu nicht. positiv: Pool, Lage, Grillplatz, GrundstĂŒck mit Spielplatz etc. negativ: tĂ€gliches Vorkommen von Kakerlaken auf Terrassen und im Innenbreich, AussentĂŒren (Vollglas) zur Terrasse und zum Poolbereich ohne jegliche Beschattung ermöglichen direkte Sonneneinstrahlung wodurch sich die betreffenden InnenrĂ€ume unertrĂ€glich aufheizen,( keine Klimaanlage in den RĂ€umen,) zweimaliger kurzzeitiger Strom- und Wasserausfall, Das gesamte GebĂ€ude unterliegt der direkten Sonneneinstrahlung, da eine natĂŒrliche Beschattung durch BĂ€ume nicht gegeben ist. Überhaupt ist das Objekt in die Jahre gekommen und etwas spartanisch, vor allem in der KĂŒche, (verkalkte Kaffeemaschine, geeignete Kochtöpfe fehlen ) ausgestattet. Die aufgefĂŒhrten MĂ€ngel und BeeintrĂ€chtigungen, vor allem aber das tĂ€gliche Vorkommen von Kakerlaken veranlassen uns, dieses Objekt nicht weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil mit mehreren Schlafzimmern mit DU/WC, zwei AufenthaltsrĂ€umen (groß und klein) mit KĂŒche sowie drei großen, nach SĂŒden ausgerichteten Terrassen auf drei Ebenen. Dazu: große Außenanlage mit zwei Pools unterschiedlicher Tiefe, Grill und Speiseplatz, großem Sandkasten und Rutsche, Schaukel und Trampolin sowie Beach-Volleyball-Platz. Alles in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Bestens geeignet fĂŒr Urlaub mit mehreren Familien* oder PĂ€rchen, da großzĂŒgig und mit RĂŒckzugsmöglichkeiten drinnen wie draußen. *Bei Kleinkindern ist bzgl. Wasserbecken und Treppen Vorsicht und Aufmerksamkeit geboten! Sehr gut mit dem Auto und dem öffentlichen Bus zu erreichen; Haltestelle keine zehn Gehminuten entfernt. Insgesamt waren wir ob der Ausstattung und GrĂ¶ĂŸe des Ferienhauses freudig ĂŒberrascht; wir haben uns sieben Tage sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Wir kommen gern wieder!

SÉJOUR AGRÉABLE DANS UNE VILLA ADAPTÉE POUR 4 FAMILLES

Notre hĂŽte Pedro et sa fille ont toujours Ă©tĂ© Ă  notre Ă©coute. La villa est idĂ©ale pour passer un sĂ©jour entre amis avec des enfants. Tout est prĂ©vu pour eux. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour d’autant que la maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e prĂšs de toutes les criques paradisiaques de Marjorque.
