Parsemester i juni
Hotellet levde upp till sin standard, rent och trevligt. Frukosten var bra, lunchen och middagen var vi inte helt nöjda med alla dagar, men det fungerade. En restaurang i närheten som vi kan rekomendera är Port Verd Del Mar, den var fantastisk. Sedan låg hotellet en bra bit från stranden, men där finns en shuttlebuss som går var tionde minut som kan ta 7 personer åt gången. Så ibland kan det bli lite väntetid. Men har man bra skor på sig så fungerar det att gå, det tar ca en 20minuter. Totalupplevelsen hos Ferrer Isabel var ok.

Tummen upp gällande allt, extra grädde på moset var maten, värt att äta all inclusive här om man har barn och SÅ gott dessutom.

Close to Cala Bona harbour and restaurants.
The location Close to the nice and friendly harbour of Cala Bona is the best experience of our stay at Ferrer Isabel. The room and cleaning was good, but the Equipment in "kitchen" was very limited. The staff in reception had some difficults with the English language and also show the attitude of Yes or No without any kind of service level to satisfy their customers. There was no possibilities to get any food during daytime if not an all inclusive guest. We tried the dinner buffet the last night but it was not living up to expectations even if the price was much attractive. The breakfast was on the other hand very good with all possibilities to meet any kind of request. The pool area was a positive experience but maybe less suitable for families with small Children.

Отель хороший, персонал приветливый, завтрак тоже неплохой, соответствует своей цене. Некоторые мелочи:с огромным трудом спускалась вода в унитазе и полы в номере мыли за 6 дней один раз, постоянно был песок на полу, хотя комнату убирали каждый день.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Ferrer Isabel and it didnt disappoint. There has recently been a refurb and its looking good. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is within walking distance to Cala Bona and bus stop is outside hotel

We had the pleasure to stay at this wonderful hotel for 4 nights. Rooms had been renovated during winter 2022 and they are in very nice. All interior was new. We had daily cleaning of the room which we did not expect. Fresh towells every day. We booked our stay with breakfast - and restaurant had a very nice buffet - we did not miss anything. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Give Ferrer Hotel Isabel our warmest recommendation. Should be four Star - not three Star.

As good as last year.
This was our second stay at Ferrer Isabel and it was as enjoyable as last year. One area that does need attention though, is the sunbeds. Some are looking a bit grubby. The staff are friendly and attentive. In the apartments the living area is a good size and comfortable. The bedroom area is compact but adequate and the bathroom is likewise. We found the beds to be comfortable. Perhaps a consideration for when the hotel is refurbished would be to move the TV from the bedroom into the living area. The food, as before is very good. It is varied, very tasty and plenty of choice. Overall a very enjoyable holiday.

Don't recommend
Room smelled very damp. If you suffer from any mold problems we don't recommend this hotel. We didn't bother try to change the room because only stayed for a night. Room was also dated and WiFi was poor. On the other hand breakfast was excellent, staff was nice and there was plenty of parking space just outside of the hotel

Overall a nice hotel
Hotel is really nice and very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pool area is well stocked with sunbeds and pool was a very good size. My only gripe is the room doors to your rooms need updating. It was very noisy- we could hear every person walking by and it rattled when the wind caught hold of it. Also needs another toasting machine - not just one was sometimes very busy queuing in the morning. We were not all inclusive which seemed to be the majority of people there but prices of drinks were reasonable. The courtesy bus they offer is a great addition to their facilities it stops you off in Cala Millor and picks you back up if you wish. The hotel is about 15 minutes from bars and restaurants but it is a nice walk along the sea front.

Extraordinary friendly staff and a very nice Hotel with good Services. The room was spacious and always clean. They offer a delicious breakfast. A busstation is in front of the hotel. A very good place to stay and I will come back. Thank you.

Positif : personnel agréable et disponible. Environnement calme. Bien placé pour faire la côté Nord Est et les petits villages médiévaux à l'intérieur de l'île. Piscine intérieure chauffée (même si 12mX5m, on peut faire quelques longueurs) ; sauna gratuit à la demande ; gels douche mis à disposition au niveau des piscines et des chambres. Buffet très varié et nourriture de qualité, compte tenu du tarif Négatif : insonorisation mauvaise entre les appartements ; chambre sans fenêtre ; vaisselle minimaliste ; pas de plage à Cala Bona (port et rochers) ; piscine extérieure non chauffée

They don't change the bed sheets everyday. My friend who is allergic to mites ..was sneezing and having congiuntivites the whole time. Not good.

Das Hotel bot gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten mit Transfer. Das freundliche Personal war immer ansprechbar. Das Meer befindet sich fußläufig, ist aber an dieser Stelle nicht zum Baden geeignet. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig.

A lovely family holiday!
We stayed mid August at the Ferrer and would probably return. The hotel is approx a 15 minute walk to the centre of Cala Bona (with our 2 children aged 4 and 10). Positives - hotel and rooms immaculate, food choice Good, Great for families, lovely staff, free minibus to Cala Millor Negatives - children's pool too small, entertainment repetitive

El personal, lo mejor
Esta bien para ser un 3*, lo mejor que tiene es el personal del hotel, desde las personas que hacen las habitaciones hasta los camareros, cocineros, chofer y recepcionistas. Lo peor es la falta de aire acondicionado en las zonas comunes, y mejorar Bel del comedor, que muchas veces no da para toda la gente. La piscina es un poco pequeña. La animación es de lo peor que tiene el hotel, muy repetitiva y bastante pobre. Hotel muy orientado al turista inglés que ocupa el 99% del alojamiento.
