Marvellous Finca!
The Finca is beautiful, very comfortable, the view is breathtaking! All the staff is very nice, and the area is probably the most charming of all Mallorca!

Stunning
The views are absolutely stunning and Banyalbufar is a beautiful little gem with a small selection of very nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend hiring a car to explore the gorgeous beaches nearby. The villa offers plenty of space and areas to relax and enjoy the scenery. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have to say, Albrecht was at the end of the phone for us whenever we needed anything, as was Tony the housekeeper. Would recommend.

Summer in fantastic surroundings
Very nice house in fantastic surroundings. Very good pool, and the outdoor facilities was great. All sleeping rooms had air conditioning, and the kitchen was well equipped. The local village had the needed few restaurants and a little shop were the most basic could be purchased. All in all a very good experience for both our family and friends.

Lovely relaxing holiday
The property is beautiful and the views outstanding. We had a lovely peaceful time at the villa. It is a little off the beaten track but that’s what makes it special. You definitely need a car to explore the area.

Incredible Experience
We stayed here for ten nights in August with a family group made up of grandparents in their 70s, two adults and three children aged 8, 6 and 2. The villa was even better than the photos portrayed, the pool was great and the different outside seating areas provided amazing amounts of space. We especially enjoyed watching the sunset while sat on the terrace with dinner. The location was perfect for us as it’s peaceful and private but we were also able to enjoy the short walk into Banyalbufar for lunch/shops/dinner which took us around 10 mins. We hired a car which was definitely worth it for doing supermarket trips, visiting neighbouring villages and for a day trip to Port of Sóller. The villa is beautiful has a great kitchen with essentials for cooking. There is quite a sweeping driveway which our elderly parents struggled with a bit and the house is over three floors so there are a few steps to negotiate, but neither impacted on the quality of our experience. It really is a wonderful villa, one which we wished we could have stayed longer. We definitely hope to come back.

Sehr schönes Haus
Es ist wirklich sehr schönes Haus. Genau wie auch in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben sind. Man muss aber ganz streng aufpassen bei Wind!!!! Bei uns ist das Glasfenster leider kaputt gegangen. Die Scheiben sitzen auch nicht richtig fest im Rahmen. Deswegen unsere ganze Kaution war weg! Was wir ziemlich viel fanden. Deshalb ein Stern Abzug. Sonst war sehr schöne Aufenthalt.

Es tut mir leid, dass Sie in diesem Dezember Pech mit dem Wetter auf Mallorca hatten, es herrschte tatsächlich ein ungewöhnlicher Sturm kurz vor Weihnachten. Tatsächlich hatte ich Sie bei der Buchung schon darauf hingewiesen, dass es auch in Mallorca im Dezember mal ungemütlich werden kann. Wir weisen alle Gäste auf die richtige Handhabung von Fenstern und Türen hin. Die Finca hat antike Fenster und die Glasscheiben sind fachgerecht eingefasst. Wir hatten auch besprochen, dass wir von Ihrer Kaution von 300 Euro nur den Betrag einbehalten werden, der für die Reperatur erforderlich ist. Trotzdem freut es mich, dass Sie es in der Finca auch bei schlechtem Wetter genossen haben.

traumhaftes Anwesen
wir waren mit 2 befreundeten Paaren (also mit 6 Personen) im Haus. Die Mischung aus Komfort und historischen Ecken ist wunderbar. Der Garten und der Blick von allen Terassen zum Meer sind ein Traum.

Wunderschön gepflegtes Haus & Umgebung
Auch dieses Jahr waren wir wieder begeistert von der schönen Finca, der wunderschön gepflegten Umgebung. Es ein Ort wo man Ruhe findet und auch wenn man mit 7 Personen im Haus ist gibt es genügent Platz und 'Rückzugsorte' um die Stimmung aufzunehmen. Wir kommen wieder!

My family and I (3 generations) had a wonderful experience all round. The villa is beautiful and spacious and has the feel of a holiday home rather than just a “rental”. We enjoyed dining on the terrace with sunset and ocean views, and walking down to the village for dinner which caters very well to tourists without feeling “touristy” :) Between Albrecht the owner who was very accommodating and fast to respond to emails, and Tony the manager who was there to greet us, we felt looked after and could settle in smoothly. After 2 weeks we still didn’t want to leave! And we hope to come back to stay again.

A magical stay in a beautiful home
The pictures of this beautiful home do not do it justice...absolutely stunning! The tranquility is wonderful...never felt so relaxed however you are also a 4 minute walk from the wonderful village, with good restaurants and cafes...check out 1661, Bella Vista and the lovely small hotel two mins walk from the house , with a beautiful terrace for an evening drink. The home was wonderfully set up and everything you think you could possibly need whilst away is there. Would not hesitate to recommend this property as absolutely wonderful, with a friendly and very helpful owner.

Wir haben es genossen hier Urlaub zu machen!
Als wir ankamen konnten wir es kaum glauben was für ein wunderschönes Anwesen uns hier erwartet! Jedes Zimmer ist ganz individuell eingerichtet und im mallorquinischen Stil eingerichtet und erhalten. Sehr geschmackvoll und dezent. Die Lage und der Blick aufs Meer sind einfach umwerfend. Wir konnten gar nicht genug bekommen von den Sonnenuntergängen! Die Lage ist super geeignet um von hier aus Wanderungen auf dieser herrlichen Insel zu starten! Herzlichen Dank im Namen der gesamten Gruppe für unseren Aufenthalt in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Traum-Team Event in beeindruckender Top-Villa in super schöner Lage
Wir waren schock-verliebt, als wir dieses Haus betreten haben. Wunderbar ausgestattet, großzügige Räume, mega Charme des Gebäudes, der Terrassen und des Garten. Sogar den Abend in Palma haben wir schnell beendet, um nach "Hause" zu fahren und gemütlich gemeinsam diese Villa zu genießen. Wir hatten dort ein Strategie-Meeting mit einen Team von 6 Personen geplant. Durch die verschiedenen Räumlichkeiten, die großen Tische drinnen und draußen und die technische Ausstattung wie Beamer hat dies in der wunderbaren Atmosphäre, die dieses Haus versprüht aller bestens funktioniert. Übergabe und Abwicklung verlief einwandfrei. Jederzeit wieder!!! Dann vielleicht ein wenig später, wenn das Wetter mitspielt und wir den Pool auch genießen können! Herzlichen Dank an den Gastgeber, dass wir Ihr Haus für 3 Tage genießen durften.

Tolle Lage, sensationeller Blick und ein einzigartig. liebevoll renoviertes Haus. Trotz kalten Temperaturen im Januar konnte man Barfuss auf geheizten Fliesen laufen. Wie muss das ganze wohl erst recht im Sommer sein :o) Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war unkompliziert und entspannt. Ich denke, ich war nicht das letzte Mal auf diesem Anwesen...

My family and I had a great time at this wonderful house. We had never been to Banyalbufar before, so having an amazing base to explore this beautiful part of the island was a treat. We visited in early November and I was concerned about the house being too cold because of the size, but that was no problem at all. It's an old house with modern comforts. Just perfect. Everyone else has mentioned the views, so I feel I don't need to reiterate how breathtaking they are. Although we arrived very late at night, we were welcomed warmly. I would definitely recommend. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Mallorca!

Superb Destination and Finca.
The Finca in Banyalbufar is a magnificent home. It's much larger than it appears in the pictures and is located on the edge of the village with fabulous views of the Mediterranean Sea and Tramuntana Mountains in which it's cradled. The house actually feels like a small castle with a huge living area and many terraces. A castle with a avantgarde vibe. Several interesting contemporary paintings enliven the interior making it very much of the moment. The bedrooms and bathrooms are to a comfortably high standard. I slept in what was effectively a suite with large bedroom a dressing room, bathroom and it's own terrace. Antique beds with modern mattresses worked well. The kitchen has a gas range and is well equipped. You need a torch but the walk to the village is only 5 minutes and there are some nice places to eat. We tried two of them,1661, was the best. Palma is easy to get to, 40 minutes, Esporles is a halfway point and we ate in the excellent Es Brollador. Overall an superb destination.

Wunderbarer Ort zur Erholung
Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar! Schon dir Kommunikation in Vorbereitung des Urlaub war sehr angenehm. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Man merkt ihm positiv an, dass es eine selbstgenutzte Immobilie ist: bestens ausgestattet.

Beautiful house but noisy
Beautiful house but you can hear every movement of everyone in it. As a result, not much sleep... Garden lovely. View extraordinary. Would have been nice to have a ´welcome kit’ with advice on nice places to visit etc. In English... Tony charming and looked after he pool very well. Thanks !

I am glad you liked the house, garden and phantastic view. And thank you for your suggestions. Descriptions of beaches, tours and places of interest can always be found in the mobile guest post on the app on your mobile phone. However, it is possible that not all guests use this access. We will accept your suggestion and make a print/separate PDF available to our guests with immediate effect. Too bad you felt the house was clairaudient. In fact, I can understand that when some guests are still watching home cinema late at night it might get a little noisy. Howeber the house is built according to all current building regulations and it should be very quiet at night. Over 30 guests so far have had no problem with sleep and rest. Unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen!
Wir haben uns in diesem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus von Anfang an zuhause gefühlt. Die Terassen, der Pool die ganze Ungebubg, alles sehr schön gepflegt. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist atemberaubend wie die Sonnenuntergänge! Ein perfekter Ferienort für eine ganze Familie!

Boligen fremstår og opleves som paradis på jord - fantastisk oplevelse!
Boligen fremstår som paradis på jord. Alt fungerer og opleves som den største luksus, som man har lyst til at forblive i udover feriens længde. Vi var 9 voksne. Vi lavede meget mad i det velfungerende køkken. Vi opholdt os ved den pragtfulde pool i løbet af dagen. Vi benyttede os af de mange terrasser når vi spiste hhv. morgenmad, frokost og middag. Vi kørte hver morgen til stranden (5 min.) for at havbade med vandfald og rustik skønhed. Den lille by Banyalbufar opfyldte de fleste behov for restauranter, indkøb af morgenmad, en lille drink først på aftenen som eksempler. For større indkøb kørte vi til Carrefour i Palma (25 min.) Soveværelserne var autentiske og rustikke med udsigt samt stille og velfungerende aircondition. Fra ejendommen kan man foretage skønne udflugter til Antdrax, Deia og Soller. Her er alt hvad hjertet kan begære.

Paradise With a Million-Dollar View
It's hard to overstate the sheer fabulousness of this property. The description by the owner in no way disappoints or exaggerates the reality. The house is beautiful - spacious, tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean, and with a fully-equipped large kitchen. There's a gorgeous view from every room. Outside, the garden is wonderfully landscaped and maintained. The location is idyllic - perched up on a hill overlooking a gorgeous bay and the beautiful old town. It's perfectly peaceful and quiet with lots of perfect places to sit and chat or enjoy a book, inside and out. Exploring Mallorca, especially the spectacular northwest coast, is very easy from Banyalbufar and a day trip into Palma is easy. Tony met us on arrival, providing the key and all the information we needed for our stay. Albrecht, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive. It's the perfect place to stay in Mallorca!

Wunderschöne Finca
Die sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete und gepflegte Finca liegt über dem Dorf Banyalbufar. Von den verschiedenen sonnenüberfluteten Terrassen der Finca hat man einen herrlichen Blick über die Bucht von Banyalbufar. Die Schlafzimmer sind gross und es gibt mehrere Badezimmer. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön angelegt. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und groß. Wir waren die letzte Oktoberwoche dort und waren vollauf begeistert von dieser Finca und dem Ort. Nachts kann es mitunter zu sehr starkem Wind kommen, das ist nichts für schwache Nerven.

Wohlfühloase mit 100% Entspannungsgarantie
Wir waren Ende September Gast in der Finca. Von dem ersten Kontakt mit Tony (housekeeper) bis zur Abreise hatten wir (4 Erwachsene und ein Kind) eine wunderschöne Zeit in einem Anwesen welches exakt zur FeWo-Beschreibung passt! Von der Ausstattung bis hin zur Gestaltung der Außenanlagen ist bei diesem Objekt alles sehr gut geplant und hergerichtet, top!!! Danke für die schönen Tage! C. Kolrep

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben zwei entspannte Wochen in diesem traumhaften Anwesen verbracht. Der Ausblick aufs Meer und die Berge ist atemberaubend. Das sehr geräumige Haus ist stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Schlafräume sind mit Klimageräten ausgestattet. Die vielen Terrassen und der wunderschön angelegte Garten bieten entspannte Aufenthalte im Freien - sowohl im Schatten als auch in der Sonne. Der große sehr gepflegte Pool ist ein Highlight. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war hervorragend, vor Ort war Toni unser Ansprechpartner, der immer bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen zur Stelle war. Dieses Ferien-Domizil ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Haus und Garten sind sensationell
Das Haus ist sogar noch toller als auf den Fotos! Sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter gibt sich große Mühe. Die Beschreibungen sind umfangreich und klar. Ich habe das Haus bereits weiterempfohlen. Die Nähe zur Ortschaft - Laufentfernung - macht einen abendlichen Ausgang leicht und angenehm.

Weitläufiges Haus mit sehr schönem Garten
Die Tage in der Finca waren sehr angenehm. Das weitläufige und gut eingerichtete Haus mit den schönen Terassen und die vielen Sitzplätze in dem aussergewöhnlichen Garten haben den Aufenthalt in und um das Haus zu einer grossen Erholung gemacht. Für alle die Ruhe suchen sehr zu empfehlen!

Absolutes Juwel für entspannte Ferientage
Unser dreitägiger Aufenthalte Mitte April war ein vollkommener Erfolg. Die Finca ist im Inserat sehr treffend beschrieben und in Realität noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Es gibt mehr als genug Platz (zu Viert ohnehin, sicher aber auch mit 8-10 Leuten), das gesamte Haus und Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und weitläufig. Küche und Bäder sind auf einem hohen Standard und der Blick aus den nach Vorne gelegenen Zimmern sowie von der Terasse auf das Meer ist, insbesondere beim Sonnenuntergang, atemberaubend. Die Betreuung durch Toni, den Ansprechpartner vor Ort, sowie Prof. Molsberger im Vorhinein war exzellent. Auf jede Frage kam innerhalb weniger Stunden eine Antwort und wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Hinzu kommt, dass es im Dorf (5 Minuten zu Fuss) ein paar leckere Restaurants gibt, allen voran das 1661, aber auch Son Tomas und ein weiteres auf der Hauptstraße gelegen Restaurant (Name leider entfallen) sind sehr gut. Ein Mini-Supermarkt im Ort hat alles Notwendige, insb. tolles Gebäck. Wanderwege gehen direkt vom Haus ab und auch für (Renn-)Radfahrer ist das Haus ideal gelegen. Eine Fahrt nach Süden über Estellencs nach Andratx oder Sant Elm bietet tolle Ausblicke. Zusammenfassend ein wirklich hervorragendes Ferien-Domizil in toller Lage - jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen, auch für größere Gruppen (z.B. 3-4 Paare) oder Familien.
