Trevligt hus med fin terass
Trevligt hus med jättefin terass med utsikt över Palma-bukten. Fräscht o välutrustat. Bra restauranger i området och längs den fina cykelvägen in till Palma. Trevligt värdpar som alltid är lätta att få kontakt med o få hjälp av. Närhet till fin liten supermarket o apotek. Tyvärr hade cykeluthyrningen flyttat sin verksamhet från området. De var dock behjälpliga med både leverans o upphämtning av cyklar till huset. Saknade solstolar o parasoll på stranden som funnits tidigare år. Viss störning av byggnation som pågick i närheten. Vi trivdes dock som tidigare år i detta trevliga hus och vill gärna åka tillbaka.

A lovely apartment, with a beautiful view from both the kitchen and the terrace
The apartment was spacious, with a magnificant view from both the kitchen and the terrace. The kitchen had a panoramic window facing the bay of Palma. The facilities in the kitchen had high standard, as well as the two bathrooms. Overall, the apartment was very tidy, which gave you a remarkable feeling of well-being. There is a boardwalk just outside the apartment, which easily leads you to the center of Palma. You can either walk or go by bicycle. The landlord and his family showed us great hospitality and thoughtfullness. We would very much like to visit Palma again, and if possible rent this beautiful apartment again!

Toppenbostad
Härligt boende nära Palma. Precis bredvid strandpromenaden ligger denna fina bostad med terass. 2 badstränder ligger inom någon minuts avstånd. Utsikten är fantastisk, man ser ut över Palma city och dess fantastiska katedral. Närhet till buss in till city eller om man vill promenera in så kan man gå strandpromenaden, det tar ca 45-60 minuter. Mycket hjälpsamt värdpar. Allt toppen!

Lugnt och rogivande läge nära Palma stad. Diskreta grannar och enbart havets vågor som omgivande ljud. Underbar vy över Palma och solnedgången. Eftermiddagssol på framsidan mot havet och avslappnande bokläsning och ögongodis.

Terass m fantastiskt läge direkt vid strandpromenaden i mysig ort m cykelavstånd till Palma
Vår familj (2 vuxna och 2 ungdomar) stortrivdes i denna rymliga och fräscha lägenhet som hade ett fantastiskt läge vid strandpromenaden. Mycket härlig terass där man gärna både åt frukost och satt på kvällen och såg solnedgången över Palma-bukten. Väldigt mysig och genuin ort med fin strand som låg väldigt nära. Många bra restauranger i närheten. Likaså supermarket och cykeluthyrning.Hyrde cyklar vilket var kanon eftersom det var jättebra o mysiga cykelvägar ända in till Palma och även åt andra hållet. Otroligt trevligt värdpar (Joan & Gloria)som mötte upp oss när vi kom och bjöd på bubbel och frukt. De var väldigt hjälpsamma och serviceminded. Vi längtar tillbaka. /Fam Demitz-Helin

Wonderful stay ,in a fantastic apartment!
Vi tyckte verkligen om denna lägenhet, var här en vecka i september med familjen. Alla var lika nöjda, både barn och vuxna! Bra läge med bra matställe, supermarket, stränder, fin utsikt över Palmabukten! För att inte tala om den fantastiska altanen! Vi återkommer gärna hit! Mycket trevligt och hjälpsamt värdpar! Fabulous stay!
We loved this property. It is beautiful inside and very comfortable just as described. The view from the kitchen of the Bay of Palma is exquisite. The family that runs the property was extremely helpful and responsive. They were lovely. The property is located in an ideal location. It takes 15 minutes for an adult to briskly bike to the Cathedral. It was perfect to be close to Palma but in a safe neighborhood of its own on the beach.

A great property; a great stay!
We enjoyed a wonderful stay over Christmas. The property is wonderful with amazing views over the Bay of Palma. The owners could not have done more to ensure everything went well. In particular they minimised the stress of the last minute additional Covid restrictions, implemented just before we were due to arrive, by being totally accommodating regarding both real and potential changes. We would all recommend this property without reservation; nothing was too much trouble and communication was exemplary.

Fabulous Location and Accommodation
High standard accommodation and great location for beach and amenities. Excellent local restaurants and easy to get in and out of Palma on regular bus service. Fab walking (or cycling) along the extensive sea front path in both directions. Great location for watching the sunset over Palma. Our favourite area of Palma, as it has everything - and remains firmly Spanish. Hosts easily contactable and helpful. Already planning to try to get back next year.

Great location, great apartment, great host!

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit toller Sicht
Das Haus liegt etwas hinter dem Strand von Ciudad Jardin in einer verkehrsberuhigten Strasse. Praktisch fährt dort kein Auto - somit ist es sehr ruhig. Mietbar ist das untere Stockwerk. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Die Küche hat ein riesiges Fenster mit tollem Blick. Highlight ist sicherlich die Terrasse zum Meer . mit Sicht auf Palma. Hier kann man traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Jeder der uns besucht hat, war begeistert - wir natürlich auch. Die Betreuung ist ebenfalls gut. Einziger Nachteil kann der nahegelegene Flughafen sein. Zu unserer Zeit war es aber sehr entspannt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Top Lage und sehr nette Gastgeber
Das Haus ist perfekt geeignet für einen Familienurlaub. Die Lage direkt am Strand und mit dem Blick auf das Meer vom Esszimmer, Terrasse und Wohnzimmer ist traumhaft. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben alle extra wünsche erfüllt. Gerne wieder :)

Perfekte Unterkunft mit phantastischer Lage
Wir wurden persönlich und sehr herzlich von Joan und Gloria begrüßt und auch während des Aufenthaltes waren sie immer ansprechbar, sehr hilfsbereit und haben sich bei Fragen sofort gekümmert. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in echt noch schöner wie auf den Bildern. Vom Esstisch blickt man auf das Meer und die gesamte Bucht von Palma. Die Betten als auch die Sofas sind sehr bequem, was für mich aufgrund meiner Rückenbeschwerden ehr wichtig ist. Bis zur Kathedrale läuft man ca 1 h, der Bus, der Nähe abfährt, verbindet einen auch in kurzer Zeit mit vielen Ausgangspunkten zur Erkundung von Palma. Auch andere Ziele wie z.B. Sóller oder Andratx sind mit dem Auto in ca. 30 min zu erreichen. Fußläufig gibt es diverse Restaurants, Bars und einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt und würden das Appartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand ist einfach traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlt gar nichts. Wir sind von Gloria und Joan sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Aber auch schon vor der Reise wurden wir mit vielen Informationen versorgt, die sehr hilfreich sind. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gern wieder!

Best location ever
The appartement is wonderful. It is located directly on the sea, is very large and well equipped. The landlords are incredibly nice and with questions immediately there. The view from the terrace to the sea is already half the holiday. You can walk by feet to the cathedral of Palma. Very good restaurants and bars are in the near surrounding. La casa rispetta perfettamente ciò che è descritto nell'annuncio. La zona è tranquilla ma molto ben servita. Proprio sotto casa c'è una piccola spiaggia poco frequentata e a poca distanza una spiaggia attrezzata. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili per consigli e per soddisfare richieste aggiuntive. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la pista ciclabile di oltre 15 km che permette di raggiungere il centro di Palma in 20 minuti. Un grazie a Joan e a sua moglie per tutto. Torneremo sicuramente in questo bellissimo luogo!

We spent a week in the apartment with our three children. It was extremely well equipped with everything we could need, including beach towels and toys. The location is fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the world go by from the terrace. We had a wonderful time, thank you to Joan and Gloria.

Spectacular and splendid - a treasure of a place !
This was a lovely grand spot in many ways and all around. In the morning we would enjoy coffee in the sun on the back patio in blue and white stripped chairs and enjoy the flowers and plants and listened to the birds. Soon we would take sun and a view to remember for life on the patio balcony enjoying the sea view in full. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were well appointed and we had restful sleeping each night. My favorite room is always the kitchen and I cooked and cooked while watching the seaside view from a huge picture window. The appliances and dishes and glasses were great quality and we used them all with friends visiting us. We toasted at noon with rose or gin and tonics and later with candlelight and rich red Spainish wines. In essence we rung it out. The owners Joan and Gloria were as kind as could be and both greeted us and send us off with smiles and hugs. They had a large bowl of fresh fruit for us to enjoy and a pastry we never made our way through for the entire week. The fresh cut flowers remained in bloom after we left. Tolle Aussicht, direkt am Meer
Der Empfang von Gloria und Joan war sehr herzlich. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Die Vermieter wohnen über dem Appartement und sind jederzeit erreichbar. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber.Ausreichend Handtücher und Strandtücher vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank war bei Ankundt mit leckeren Sachen gefüllt. Den Strand und das Meer trennt nur ein Fahrradweg. Viele gute Restaurants nur wenige Meter entfernt. Supermarkt, Apotheke und Bäckerei um die Ecke. Ein Auto ist nicht nötig. Taxi nach Palma 8Euro. Einen Stern habe ich abgezogen wegen der Nähe zum Flugplatz. Alle 2 Minuten Startet oder Landet ein Flieger und das bis 2 Uhr morgens. Die Terrasse ist mit gemütlichen Möbeln und Sonnenliegen ausgestattet und hinter dem Haus ist eine weitere Terrasse mit Möbeln. Der Meerblick einzigartig und man kann den ganzen Tag Kreuzfahrtschiffe beobachten. Die ganze Bucht von Palma und die Kathedrale ist auch Nachts sehr schön zu sehen.

Simply Stunning.....
It would be difficult to find an apartment as stunning as this in what is an absolutly perfect location. The apartment has everything you could wish for and just a few meters from the beach. Great for sitting on the terrace and watching the world go by. Joan and Gloria are perfect hosts who did everything to make us feel welcome. Will definitely come back.

Good location and very nice apartment
Our family of 5 had a great week here. Very clean and modern apartment with a great location close to the waterline. The terasse was very good. There is nice places to eat close to the house and grocery shop eg in walking distance from the house. Great biking by the waterline to Palma. The owners are very helpfull and serviceminded. Great wifi connection. This is a very nice place for a Palma holliday.

This beautiful, modern, fantastically located, exceptional house is treat waiting for you.
Communication with Gloria Massanet y Joan Vidal was clear and regular before we went on holiday. On arrival we were greeted and welcomed by both Gloria and Joan. We appreciated the fruit and refreshments that they had waiting for us. They assured us to contact them during our stay for anything we needed clarified. The three bedroomed house was spotlessly clean with crisp bed linen and lots of towels. It was a pleasure to use the modern kitchen. Every thing one would need was there. There is a small supermarket close by with the larger one less than 15 minute walk away. There is a nice restaurant a few doors down from the house where you will receive a warm welcome and nice food. The sea which is directly in front of the house is very safe for swimming. There are lots of areas around this beautiful house to sit either in the shade or sunshine. It was just lovely to sit looking out at the boats go by while enjoying the must appreciated cooling fan overhead. We will certainly stay here again and yes we would really really recommend this wonderful comfortable house. You will not be disappointed. This is a 100% place to stay. ten out of ten.

Fantastische Lage und genialer Ausblick
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Die direkte Lage am Wasser lädt schon nach dem Aufstehen zu einem erfrischenden Bad ein und der Blick über die Bucht nach Palma ist großartig. Wir haben uns die meiste Zeit auf der vorderen Terrasse aufgehalten. Nach Palma sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur 5 km. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Traumaussicht auf die Bucht von Palma
Sehr gepflegtes Objekt zwischen Palmas Altstadt und dem Flughafen PMI. Highlight ist der Essplatz in der Küche sowie die teilweise überdachte/beschattete Terasse zum Meer, beides mit einem Traumblick. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Sat TV, Netflix, Wlan, alles da. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Well equipped house with beautiful views and great hosts
We received a warm personal welcome from hosts Joan and Gloria despite arriving late in the evening. Everything was ready for us including breakfast for the following morning. Kitchen extras such as oil, seasonings, dishwasher tablets are provided as well as plenty of beach towels. There is also an extensive library of Balearic culture and history which is really interesting and view from the kitchen an terrace is perfect for watching the sun set, boats come and go and people pass by. The beaches directly across the road are beautiful and shelve very gently in one place where the water is so warm. Supermarkets, cycle hire and everything we needed was within walking distance as well as being able to get to Palma via the cycle path. For travelling further afield the bus stop isn't far away. For us the neighbourhood was the perfect mix of cafes, bars and great restaurants without feeling like a holiday resort. Overall a great place for a holiday away from the masses of English tourists, even in August and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect
The house has a perfect location, overlooking the beach and close to restaurants with only bicycles and roller-skaters in front. It is 5km walking or cycling from the centre of Palma. The terrace is huge with both sun and shade. Do not forget to take binoculars - the view is magnificent. The house itself is on beautiful with lots of books - most in Spanish and great paintings. Everything is of the highest standard. The airport is at 5 km but the noise at the back is not disturbing if you sleep with the windows closed. Joan and Gloria are very friendly hosts and made our stay a dream holiday.

Herrlicher Urlaub bei Gloria und Joan
Liebe Gloria, lieber Joan, wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne und erholsame Zeit in Eurem wunderschönen Appartement. Wir 5 Frauen hatten - wie noch nie zuvor - genug Platz, unsere Kleidung unterzubringen und die 2 Badezimmer waren herrlich. Das Appartement war so geschmackvoll und geräumig eingerichtet, dass wir auf jeden Fall unseren nächsten Mallorca-Urlaub in Eurem wunderschönen Appartement verbringen möchten. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar: Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. Herzlichen Dank für die super Betreuung. Spätestens in 2 Jahren sind wir wieder bei Euch. Amazing location and view across Palma bay
Thanks, Gloria and Joan. The check-in and departure were both really easy and relaxed. And your home is spectacular, very cool design. We loved sitting on the front terrace and watching the sea, sunsets and roller-bladers. Lots of restaurants nearby and an easy cycle into the centre of Palma. Great holiday, thanks.

Ein Traumdomizil in Bestlage
Wie bereits im April haben wir den Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Objekt in Bestlage genossen. Auf der zur Bucht ausgerichteten Terasse hat man einen spektakulären Ausblick auf die Kathedrale, die Kreuzfahrtschiffe und freie Sicht bis zum Horizont, ein einmaliger Genuss bei Tag und bei Nacht. Eine wunderbare Wohnung
Es stimmte einfach alles. Gloria und Joan waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles ist perfekt sauber und in Ordnung. Der Blick von der Terasse auf Palma mit der Kathedrale ist einfach nicht zu toppen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Lyst, dejlig beliggenhed, gode udendørs faciliteter, tæt på havet, praktisk indretning.
Dejlig sted for flere der rejser sammen. Udlejere er meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Man får de nødvendige informationer som man har brug for. Har man brug for at komme lidt væk fra de mange turister er det et ideelt sted da der kun er 5 km ind til Palma.

Flott villa i nærheten av Palma sentrum.
Dette er en flott villa som ligger meget sentralt til i Palma. Det tar ca 7 minutter ifra flyplassen til huset. Når du kommer frem, blir du møtt av en hyggelig, behjelpelig utleier. I dette huset er det alt av utstyr man måtte trenge. Rent og pent. Gode senger å ligge på også. Fantastisk utsikt ifra den store terrassen. Vannkanten er bare 7-8 meter unna. Det er 2 strender i nærheten. Den nærmeste er ca 40 m ifra huset(liten koselig strand), mens den andre er ca 80 m unna. Det er gode restauranter i nærheten. Også supermarked. Ca 200 m til bussen, som tar deg til Palma hvert 7 min, for 1,5 euro. Palma sentrum er ca 4 km unna villaen. Vi var her 21-30 juni 2016. Og det var stille og rolig omgivelser. Ikke plaget av noe støy. Flytrafikken er hyppig, men ikke plagsom. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake! Anbefales!

Großzügiges, in Bestlage in der Bucht von Palma gelegenes Feriendomizil
Die Lage des Objektes ist perfekt für Ausflüge mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß bzw. mit dem Bus ins Zentrum von Palma etc. Traumhafter Panorama-Meerblick von der Terrasse und aus den Räumlichkeiten. Ruhige, gehobene Wohngegend, Einkauf um in Ecke. Gute Verkehrsanbindung zum Flughafen (5 Minuten) und zu den Autobahnen, insgesamt ein hervorragendes Feriendomizil.
