Out of the many properties we’ve rented throughout the world, this home was the best. Photos cannot capture the beauty of the home and views. We loved spending time in the large pool- perfect temperature. And watching the sunset from the front patio. The home itself was spotlessly clean and had all the things we needed for our stay. Excellent location and wonderful hosts. Truly a special place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this fantastic house in the heart of DeiĂ . The location is absolutely perfect to walk into the village and the house is tastefully appointed with great artwork and plenty of room. The pool was well used by our family - a great place to cool off, enjoy the sun and views! Anne-Marie and Elena were super hosts and a breeze to connect with throughout our stay. Absolutely coming back for a future trip!!

Wonderful stay for a multi-generational vacation with young kids! The house was lovely, very comfortable, clean, ideal layout, stylish, and perfect location in Deia. Anne-Marie was an exceptional host, assisting with booking transportation for the airport, communicating regarding rental cars, checking in on our stay and providing advice on boat rental companies.

The photos really dont do Son Canals 5 justice as it is far better in the flesh. We had the perfect holiday and the villa was big enough so that we all had space to speead out. The three terraces were a pleasure and we moved around as the sun set. The pool isnt heated but that did not stop us enjoying it. We hired Monica the private chef to cook for us and it was all delicious rustic Spanish food. Fabulous Paella, king prawns, calamari and burnt basque cheesecake. We are off to Dubai in a few weeks but our hearts will remain in Son Canals 5. We will be back

Spacious house, everything you could need for a two week stay with two young babies there (including cribs / high chairs / kids cutlery / all cooking utensils / blender for making purĂ©es etc). We love Deia with a walk to the beach from town and short drive to Soller and Port Soller. Courtyard was perfect for our toddler to run around without too many hazards. Incredible location right next to La Residencia and short walk to all restaurants/shops/old town. Sunset views from the balcony were gorgeous. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful, with a seamless check in/out. We’ve already booked our return for Easter. Will be repeat customers!

Enjoyed a wonderful stay. Tranquil setting but conveniently just behind the Residencia Hotel and high street. The house is well appointed with great indoor and outdoor spaces. It was immaculately clean and tidy on arrival. Communication and service from Elena were super. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed at Son Canals for 5 nights over the period of our daughter’s wedding . The house, apart from being beautiful, was perfect for our needs on the morning of the wedding.. so much space, each area being incredibly photogenic and super efficient air conditioning. So many outside sitting areas with views to die for. Will shall definitely return when we have more time to enjoy this fabulous property. Thank you to Anne-Marie and team

The pictures don’t do this rental justice. The house is magical and the location couldn’t be better - right behind the Belmond and walking distance to all the best restaurants. Views from every room, what dreams are made of. ✹ Elena and Anne-Marie were wonderful and helped us book restaurants, babysitters, and breakfast set up. Can’t wait to come back! Can’t think of a better place to rent in Mallorca.

I can’t say enough about how amazing our stay was! The villa itself was amazing and exactly as depicted in the listing. It can comfortably fit two families of four each (four adults and four kids). The patio and courtyard areas were our favorites. The gardens are immaculately kept, with gorgeous views and you just want to sit outside and soak it all up. The location is ideal for walking to dinner and going to the local shops and supermarket. The property manager is a lovely person; very friendly and attentive! We invited some friends to stay with us for a couple days and the property manager arranged a crib and high chair for their 1 yr old baby! We will definitely be back!

We had 9 fabulous days in Son Canals The house is wonderfully relaxing and comfortable even with temperatures in the high 30s! The decor is outstanding and we particularly enjoyed the stunning artwork. The pool was a delight and eating in the courtyard a pleasure. The location right in the village but also very private is excellent. Great parking in garage. The best thing was however Anne Marie who was the best host we have ever encountered. She was always available and extremely helpful. A real delight.

The house is absolutely stunning. There are beautiful terraces and courtyards all around the property and the location is perfect. Walking distance to local shops, bars and restaurants. We would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return.

We came to Mallorca for a wedding in Port de Sóller, which was a quick 20min ride. Staying in Deia was way better then staying in the Port, as the walkable to shops, grocery, drinks, meals, coffee
.anything you were wanting was an enjoyable 3min walk down the hill. Additionally, Deia (including out the front door of the house) has endless walking trails of varying levels of length and difficulty. The house has the most picturesque sitting options, four!! We enjoyed the setting and amenities aplenty so much we decided to stay in and grill dinner to have at the courtyard. The entry terrace is the ideal evening spot! Anne Marie was the hostess with the mostess!

Where to begin? We loved everything about this place: the apartment was fantastic and exactly as depicted in the photos, the location is unparalleled with fantastic views all around, the property manager was so sweet and helpful with recommendations, the town itself is so quaint and has all you could need including restaurants, coffee shops, a bike rental shop, cute local boutiques and was lovely to walk around. We split our time by the pool, cooking at home and having dinner in the garden, visiting local town and beaches, people watching at coffee shops, toured an olive ranch, and ate at restaurants a lot. The villa was perfect — it was spacious, clean (cleaners came midweek), beautifully decorated and comfortable. The streets of Deia are small so I’d recommend renting a small car or two vs a large one. Overall we have nothing but great things to say a about our stay.

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this glorious house over spring break. It’s location is perfection, centered just above the center of town so close to everything in Deia but private and with incredible views. It’s everything you could hope for with cleanliness, spaciousness and decor- just like in the pictures. What the pictures can’t capture is the ever present aroma of jasmine and orange blossoms, the charming subtle sounds of church bells and goat bells on the hillside, and how each window has a special view of the mountains, sea or gardens. Magical! We loved every second. The host Anne Marie was such a pleasure to meet and was always happy to help with a recommendation or anything we needed guidance on- thank you!
