Amazing stay!!
We rented this house to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday. So we were six adults, one 1,5 year old and one 3 year old. The house is fabulous, the view is stunning and the location is perfect - a small walk to the port. Also, we could swim in the sea at two different places near the house. The house was clean and fresh, we had a bathroom each per couple which was perfect. Toni fixed both a baby cut and a baby chair for us and welcomed us when arriving. Such a service! 👌 Everyone of us loved it and we will definitely come back!

Fantastiskt läge
Ett mycket vackert och väldisponerat hus i ett lugnt läge nära centrum av Port d'Andratx. Värden var hela tiden mycket hjälpsam. Från bokningen och ändringar av densamma till mycket bra tips på restauranger och utflyktsmål. Vi stortrivdes!

Stunning Property
An absolutely stunning property & location. Our family of 6 adults and 1 baby had an absolutely amazing time. The layout of the property gives every bedroom it own patio and views to die for. The property is big enough to give everyone space with a fantastic big terrace separate pool area. I would highly recommend this villa and Port D’Andraxt is the most gorgeous place with no shortage of restaurants to choose from. The 3 local supermarkets all within walking distance give you everything you need

Lovely villa
This is the third time we have stayed in this villa and it never fails to impress. Excellent location with easy walking distance to the port. Spacious - lovely pool area and good amenities - host is very responsive. I feel sure we will be back

Toller Familienurlaub
Wir haben mit drei Generationen (Großeltern, Eltern und Kindern)eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Lage des Hauses, Komfort, Sauberkeit, großzügige Raumaufteilung, schöner Pool und bestes Wetter trugen zu einem gelungenen Urlaub bei. Die Umgebung bietet von schönen Badebuchten bis zu vielen Restaurants alles was wir uns gewünscht haben. Besser gehts nicht! Dank an Antonio für die freundliche Kommunikation. Heiner S.

Great stay in a brilliant house. Everything we needed and would totally recommend!

Super villa for a family holiday
Can Rubi delivers so much for a family holiday. The living space in the house and the outside patio areas are great for a family group of eight. The owner additionally provided two cots for our twin grandsons. The pool and pool area are kept very clean and there are plenty of sun beds and pool towels for all. The kitchen is well equipped with two large fridge freezers which saves on frequent trips to the supermarket. You can walk from the house into Port d’Andratx in around 15 to 20 minutes to have access to all the restaurants and bars there. Our family had a super time at this house and we would definitely return again.

I would highly recommend this property
The Villa is even nicer than the pictures. Amazing villa with an absolutely amazing view. My kids loved the large pool and plenty of room for 2 familys with room to spare. Restaraunts and shops only 10 minute walk next to the beautiful port. We all enjoyed swimming and snorkeling in the sea. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Villa
Really enjoyed our stay at the villa, a short walk to the shops and restaurants of the Port D’Andratx waterfront. Rick beach is only a 3 minute walk down the road, and the water is clear and great for snorkelling. A very nice location and traditional Mediterranean villa!

We have just returned from spending a fantastic few weeks staying here - the view from the patio is amazing- lovely pool - and excellent location to be able to walk into the port. This is the second time we have stayed and I am sure we will be back

Wonderfull
Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt auch dank des freundlichen Sonderservice von Antoni. Das Haus ist trotz seines Alters gut hergerichtet: alles frisch gestrichen, neue Deko, neue Bettwäsche, neue Handtücher, auch für den Pool. Sektgläser könnten aufgerüstet werden. Wir können und werden das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Padel friends on holiday
This is a wonderful villa in a great location in Puerto Andraitx. Very spacious and comfortable. Snr Rubi welcomed us and showed us around. Lovely pool area but the mozzies were quite fierce! A couple things that would help would be more toilet rolls, more rubbish bags and some soap powder for the washing machine. Also we were unable to get any British tv and there was no TV guide. These are small points- we had a fabulous time in Villa Rubi.

Lovely Villa and Location!
We loved the villa and pool, and the great view over the bay. We had everything we needed in the villa and the owner was really helpful. We could walk down to the town if we wanted to and there were plenty of restaurants there as well as a supermarket for supplies. An easy drive from Palma airport too.

Property is a little 'tired'
Pool needs a refurb. Biggest issue is that water pressure upstairs is virtually non existent. Basin taps run at a trickle. Only one set of very old bath towels provided. I would have expected at least 2 each and they need to be replaced with new ones

Great Location
The house is in a great location and is very spacious - you get a lot of house for your money compared to many in Port D’Andratx. The owner was charming and the property managers reacted very promptly. Nice big pool.

Beautiful position short walk to town
We loved watching the sunset from the balcony! Amazing views only a 10 minute stroll to restaurants in the town and our little boy loved the pool. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Fantastic villa
Fantastic villa, great location especially if you don’t hire a car. Easy walk to the supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Plenty of space inside and outside the villa with amazing views. Nice to stay somewhere that is actually set up for correct number of guests for example 8 sun loungers , outside tables that seats 8 people etc Would definitely recommend and would happily stay at the villa again

Lovely, airy house with sea views and swimming pool.
Our family of 5 loved our week at this villa. No complaints at all. Terrific position. We had one minor issue but owner was right on it and everything fixed in less than an hour. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Our group of friends had a fantastic stay at the lovely Villa Rubi - it’s lovingly maintained, spacious enough for 8 of us, and in the perfect location to walk into Port d’Andratx, as well as to head to the nearby beaches. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful house, great location.
The house is very nice. It is well maintained, clean, decorated in good taste, and accommodated our group very well. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, we all had our privacy. And the common spaces were very comfortable. The pool is very nice and the patio has a beautiful view of the harbor and sunsets. We could easily walk to town where there were several good restaurants. And the house location was perfect for exploring the entire island. The owner was very nice to work with and very helpful with recommendations. We would definitely recommend this house to others.

Stunning views from a beautiful villa
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this well appointed and well maintained beautiful, spacious villa. Each bedroom has a terrace towards the sea and the views were fabulous. We barbequed many times and ate on the terrace then watched the stunning sunsets beyond Sa Dragonera. The pool was great and enhanced by the poolside indoor shower. The walk into the Port is an easy 12-15 minutes. Antonio gave us a lovely welcome and was most attentive. We would recommend this villa and would love to return.
