“The rooms are not sound isolated, so you can hear your neighbours conversations lite they are in the same room... Our glases tasted like soup, wastent clean... Poor restaurant, not many choices and prices were BIG.. This resort used to be good, but you can see how its going bad n cheap.. Wouldnt go here again.”

“We've been going to Cosy Cottage for years, both camping and in the cabins. It's clean, it's peaceful, we love waking up and enjoying the hot pools, and the proximity to everything in town. A must stay when in town.”

“The place wasnt refreshed for our stay. Dust inside all the cups and on the tables etc. A dead roch sitting in the container that held the tea n sugar. Need to supply 2 more towels as there was 2 people staying 2 nights and we only had 2 towels. Lawns were unkept. Theres a tin shed ryt out where the bed is. It was scratching n banging up on the wall and keeps you from falling into deep sleep. The blue pillow cases had dribble stains on the fabric. If these details where more tended to it would...

“Wonderful place. We stayed for 6 nights while visiting different locations around Rotorua and Taupo. It's very cosy and clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host were very nice and welcoming, and the service was great.”

“The Coachman has a convenient location and decent rooms. It does not, however, quite live up to the description; The spa baths looks Grand on the hotel's photos, but are small, old and dated. The "garden" is a lawn with a few hortensia hedges towards the big street. The"executive suite" in which we stayed, was located a flat of stairs down (!) from the parking lot (= no view), with a patio outside. However, it was nice to sit there since it had privacy. No air conditioning and no lounge. But...
