“Very bad breakfast. No toasts, no bagels, only wafles. No eggs, no warm food. Hot water only. Breakfast until 9:30 am - too early, we could not sleep longer. In general, the price-quality relation is bad. If I paid $100 per night, it would be ok. But i paid $130 - I expected much better service but in reality the service fits a cheaper hotel.”

“Wifi connection extremely weak. On the day of our departure there was a huge insect (some 5 cm) crawling in the bed, awful to think that we had slept with it! Close to the motorway and Mammoth Cave though.”

“I pulled up to the facility and it was a horrible sight. Run down, dark and tattered, horrible. Office was closed after I had recently confirmed our check in arrival. Then a scary man came next to my car on his bike and stared at my kids and I until we pulled off and went to find immediate alternatives for our trip. ”

“Door didn't latch to our room unless you slammed it shut. Felt like you were going to rip the plumbing out of the shower when trying to turn on the shower. Had to ask the front desk how to turn on the shower. Water didn't get very hot for the shower. ”

“The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue. “This property needs to be updated badly. The bathtubs looked to be dirty but were badly stained. One of our rooms, the shower had hair in it still. The refrigerator didnt keep items very cold. The pool area was dirty and the pool had things floating in it such as hair, silly sting, dead mosquitoes(inside pool). The was a piece of the pool that kept coming unhooked and the staff just said "oh its fine." They would just pull the piece to the side of pool and put a wet floor sign over it. Breakfast...

“If you move in and find a lot of bugs, I have a good method to get rid of them without having to do it by hand. You can catch the bugs in the trash can and flush them down the toilet. But it's difficult to flush the bug corpses out of the room's toilet.”

“Very much older property and it shows. Renovations have been done but cheaply. The carpet in the room had mud stains. The bathroom faucet would shoot out water from the sides of handle if you turned it to much. The tv only had about 15 channels cause the rest were locked and was told management only pays for a few channels. The breakfast is terrible. The hot water had to run for at least 15-20 mins to be hot. There was a few positive things… room size, had microwave and nice size mini fridge,...
