Vi har precis köpt den hÀr lÀgenheten 1 februari 2020 och vill hyra den ut resten av skidsÀsongen innan vi gör nÄgra uppgraderingar. GÀsterna kommer sÀkert att njuta av en minnesvÀrd semester i detta fullt möblerade, 4 sovrum / 3 badrum, 1694 sf. slutenhet lÀgenhet. Gratis transfer till Village Gondola (som tar dig till Canyon Lodge) eller Eagle Lodge. Den kostnadsfria pendelbussen stannar precis framför lÀgenheten och kommer var 15: e minut under skidsÀsongen. Du behöver inte köra under din vistelse. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng. Det andra sovrummet har tvÄ fulla sÀngar och det tredje sovrummet har full sÀng. Det 4: e sovrummet pÄ övervÄningen har tvÄ enkelsÀngar. Det rymliga vardagsrummet Àr möblerat med soffor och ett underhÄllningscenter för din njutning. Köket Àr perfekt för middagar eftersom det Àr utrustat med spis, spis, diskmaskin och kylskÄp. Det finns ocksÄ elektriska vÀrmare och en vedspis. Fastigheten ligger bara nÄgra minuter frÄn alla de bÀsta attraktionerna, och gÀsterna kommer sÀkert att njuta av att ha hela sitt eget hem.

Good for Family except only 2 showers

Our family of 8 (4 adults and 4 children) enjoyed our stay in Mammoth despite a few problems. We were disappointed that the Overview description clearly showed 3 showers in 3 bathrooms but there are only 2 showers. Furthermore, the water pressure in one shower was so low that the women/girls with longer hair could not use it, and the good shower was in suite in the MBR which made access limited. Other smaller issues included: 2 fry pans were so badly scratched that food sticks even with Pam, Icemaker makes only 15-25 pieces of ice per day, cabinet door in the corner by the dishwasher has one hinge not connected, screen door to the patio comes off track if opened quickly, BBQ grills are filthy and need to be cleaned, Refrigerator took 12 hours to cool food so we thought it was not working, Patio was dirty so we had to clean the chairs and table to use them, Bunk room is very small for 4 people. Good things included the Kitchen and Great Room, parking was convenient, Greg is responsive and helpful, and the beds are comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this lovely, clean condo in Mammoth. The host was very communicative and was sure to check in and make sure all was well and offer suggestions for local hotspots, etc. We will definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

Great for large group!

The updated kitchen and open concept layout with the living room and dining table was really nice. We loved being able to all sit down at one table and enjoy a meal (there were 8 of us). Pretty much everything you need to cook is provided in the kitchen, although the pans were pretty scratched up. I always bring my own foil, ziplocs, paper plates/napkins, etc. The layout of the bedrooms was not clear to me in the description. Ground level has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 bunkbeds), and 2 full baths. Upstairs is the kitchen and living room, along with another bedroom (king bed) and 1/2 bath (no shower). The bike path is right near the unit, which was nice since we brough ebikes and were able to easily ride up to the lakes. All in all we enjoyed our stay here!

Fishing trip

Annual family ski trip

We had a great time and wished we could stay longer. The shuttle is a short walk and dropped us off for skiing. It was a super plus not having to load up and take 2 cars skiing. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and accessories to cook family dinners. It snowed quite a bit the first 24 hrs, the snow plows cleared the neighborhood quickly. It’s a nice end unit, kitchen, familyroom and 1 bedroom and 1bathroom upstairs. 3 bedrooms downstairs with 2 bathrooms with showers. Unit was very clean, you wouldn’t know it was dog friendly. It has a nice area to walk the dogs. Greg was very helpful and available to answer questions. I’m hoping we will be able to stay again soon.

Lovely stay in a great location

Great condo with plenty of room for all of us. Updates throughout the condo while keeping mountain charm. Great quiet location but plenty of walkable areas in Mammoth. shuttle stop right outside made mountain access easy. Greg was great to deal with, would definitely stay here again!

The location was great! Greg was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The space was great. We were a little disappointed, based on the listing description we should have gotten three bathrooms with three showers. Unfortunately, we had three bathrooms with two showers, but we made it work.

Inaccurate Listing/Non Responsive

While the unit is lovely, we came across a few issues, that would be easy fixes for the owner/property manager. Luckily, we didn’t have any major issues, but others may
1. Listing states 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, in actuality there are only 2 1/2 bathrooms. Upstairs bathroom only has a sink and toilet. We were 2 families of 4, but at the time of booking we had 1 extra adult. If she had come, she would have had to share a bathroom with one of the families.2. Unit looks like it was cleaned months ago and we were first renters since summer bookings. Very dusty and cobwebs all around. Simple walk through prior and this would have been caught.3. Owner/property management non responsive. Everything was an autobot response within the messaging app. It would find key words in my question and respond with unit information. Simple question regarding parking lot grooming during heavy snowstorms, and I was given information on where the parking was. I asked if there were any floor mats around to wipe feet after coming in from snowy balcony, and no response because autobot couldn’t pick anything up.

Convenient Location, Beautiful Trails, and Superb Host

First, I would like to thank the property owner for allowing us to stay at their lovely home. Here are some key highlights: Location: It's very close to the town, even within walking distance. Hiking trail: The property is adjacent to a beautiful and superb trail that goes all the way to the summit, where you can visit all the lakes. The trail is kid-friendly, and you can even take a stroller. Rooms: There are 4 rooms accommodating up to 10 people. Three rooms are on the first floor, including bunk beds that kids can enjoy. Another room is on the second floor, providing privacy for parents. Neighborhood: The area is very quiet and relaxing. I must also commend the owner for their exceptional hospitality. Throughout our stay, he was incredibly helpful and responsive. Whether we had questions about the property or needed recommendations for local attractions, the owner was always ready to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we are looking forward to returning in the winter.

Easy stay with pets!

Everything is exactly as it looks and it was nice to have the big open kitchen/family room area. We loved that there isn’t carpet anywhere besides I believe the stairs bc most pet friendly lodging has carpet and usually smells off. This place was clean and simple, perfect for our bigger group.
