  • This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath end-unit townhome features large windows that fill the space with natural light and a prime location directly across from the free town shuttle stop, making it easy to access the slopes, trails and everything Mammoth has to offer. Upstairs, enjoy an open-concept living area with a warm and inviting wood-burning fireplace and flatscreen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The dining area comfortably seats six with additional seating at the kitchen bar and the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Downstairs, both bedrooms provide a quiet retreat. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom is ideal for families or groups with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk. This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Located in the desirable Mammoth Estates community, this condo offers an ideal year-round getaway in one of the best locations in town. Just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, you’ll enjoy easy access to dining, shopping, nightlife and the slopes while still tucked away from the crowds. Whether you're visiting in the winter for skiing and snowboarding or in the summer for hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor adventures, this home is the perfect base for your Mammoth stay. On-site amenities include a year-round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, and laundry facilities. During the summer months, guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool. Your stay also includes complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Amenities include an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, and cycling studios, as well as racquetball and basketball courts. In the summer, guests can also take advantage of the outdoor pool, along with tennis and pickleball courts. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Great Ski Condo!

Good for our family

This place was great for the 4 of us. Close to the village and gondola. I couldn’t get the fireplace to work but that wasn’t a major issue. Location and plenty of space. Would rent again!

Amazing location

Sis, the location of this condo was amazing! Directly across from a shuttle stop, it was very to easy and convenient to get to and home from the lifts. Walking distance to the village for shopping, dining, hang out time. Condo was clean and modest only recommendation would be to offer more cooking utensils.

Reviewer Comments: condo was out dated but adequate. clean, good kitchen & bathrooms (2). common jacuzzi was griss/dirty and not operating adequately (dirty Luke warm water). we're told jacuzzi was acting up 4 days

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very comfortable unit that perfectly suited our needs for the weekend. We have stayed in various units at Mammoth Estates for roughly 8 years and they could all use some updating. This one did have a number of features that seemed new and overall it is very clean. It is one of the closer units to the village which made walking to and from very easy. Our baby girl sat in next to the floor to ceiling window and watched the snow and people the entire time.We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Nice condo in prime location

I stayed here with 3 friends on a ski trip in mammoth and had a great time. The kitchen was fully stocked with way more stuff than we needed (blender, muffin tins, etc ) and the place was clean when we arrived. Check in was a little odd, we had to go to a random building just to pick up an envelope with a door code and a parking pass in it, but the building was on our way to the house. It would be nice if they just sent the code via VRBO and left parking passes in the house so we could skip the extra stop, but not a big deal. Location was great for skiing, just 5 min from the village gondola with easy parking. The only downside is that there is another condo that shares an interior wall and we could here our neighbors loudly getting ready and slamming the door early in the morning, but if you're up early to ski anyway it doesn't matter too much. It might be a little tight to stay here with 6 people (since there are 4 beds and 3 are in the same room), but with 4 it was perfectly comfortable. Overall we had a great stay and would rent this condo again if we come back to Mammoth in the future.

Upstairs living and dining and kitchen was plenty roomy for a family of 4. just across the street from the Westin/Gondola, super convenient.

The guest book had all the info you needed to get things in order quickly. Only note, nice to have a wood fireplace if you like it, but if you have allergies or are sensitive to smoke smell, this might not be the place for you.

Very comfortable stay at Mammoth Estates #221

Best spot in Mammoth

After visiting Mammoth in the summer, we wanted to return for winter sports. This place suited our needs and then some! All that you read about in the description really delivers for a great stay. We will be back annually since this place made it a wonderful family trip.

Super close to the village for shopping and eating, close to the trolley pick up to take you to the mountain. Love it had bunk beds and a single for our 3 kiddos, super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, everything was super clean. Love its an end unit so only neighbors on one side. Close to the pool and rec area. Rent this one!

Loved our stay

We loved our get away! During covid, we needed somewhere to go to get away from our 4 walls! It was great to stay in different 4 walls! We want to come up again for Christmas, maybe staying in a place a bit bigger.
