This downstairs unit is easily accessible (note: stairs from the parking lot lead to the front door) and offers a comfortable retreat for your Mammoth Lakes getaway.

Step inside to an open-concept living area featuring a plush sofa with a queen sleeper, wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, and access to the private deck. The dining area seats four, with additional bar seating at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials you need to prepare meals or enjoy après-ski drinks.

The spacious bedroom includes a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and dual sinks—one conveniently located in the bedroom and the other in the bathroom.

Hidden Valley offers wonderful amenities including year-round hot tubs and a sauna, as well as a seasonal heated pool and picnic area. Two unassigned parking spaces are available near the condo for your convenience.

With easy access to The Village, you'll be just minutes from ski lifts, shops, restaurants, and the free gondola to Canyon Lodge. In summer, enjoy close proximity to the Lakes Basin, hiking and biking trails, golf courses, and endless outdoor adventure.
Please note, occupancy is limited to four guests and pets are not permitted. Service animals must be pre-approved by onsite management prior to arrival. Guests bringing unapproved animals will be asked to leave. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not recognized as service animals under ADA guidelines.
